I was skeptical at first that this sleeve would work. First night wearing it my pain was subsided 50% I would say. Medial meniscus. Long airplane ride intense pain n swelling with heat. 3 days post wearing and I am able to walk again. Swelling has gone down and pain almost gone. This can be iced or heated. Love it. Sleeve does what advertised made of soft material very flexible thickness is perfect for comfort easy to put on. Soft fabric. I’m 200 lbs n it fits my leg/knee area well.

Oh wow, hurt my knee a couple days ago. Frozen peas and old frozen cooler blocks just wasn't getting it done. This came overnight/Prime and with only a couple hours in the freezer this is a 5-star yes please. Slips on with ease and nice and cold! SOFT, not like the other hard options you might have in your freezer. This is heavenly at a nice price point for the feelz.

When a person is in great pain, they want reliable methods to treat symptoms and this product will help. You can use this item as a heat sourced or a cold source, which is great. Even though this product does have some stretch ability, it does run VERY small, so unless you are young or quite thin in bone structure, you won't get it past your foot up onto your knee. I found that out immediately when I purchased the first one I ordered. BUT I was surprised to discover that it did fit my ankle very well, and curved right on there and stayed put, with no problem. I've had issues finding anything that would give me some type of relief for my swollen 20" ankles! I ordered this one, so that I'd have one for each foot. It gives great cold relief to my ankle, is very easy to freeze and reuse, and was very reasonably priced. I can get up and walk inside the house with it on. Best to wear a sock and then put it on over the sock. It's made very well and I've been using it. Thank You!

Has a good fit & helps numb/ease the pain Cold temp doesn’t last very long though

I have been using gel ice packs constructed with plastic and straps to secure them. Some last longer than others, but all result in tearing causing the gel to leak. I have high hopes for this product, the quality, thickness, soft, and flexible. The area of application is completely surrounded retaining the cold, and it lasts. Very happy with this ice wrap, and highly recommend.

These are probably the best knee ice/heat packs I’ve ever bought a nice flexible gel, large enough to put high on your thigh and it falls down to your calf.

This is a nice and comfortable ice pack. It’s easy to use and feels great against the skin without being too harsh. My only drawback is that it doesn’t stay cold for a very long period of time. Overall, it works well for short-term relief and is a good option if you need something quick and comfortable.

This works great while I’m working in the kitchen. Easy to use. The only downside is it warms up too quickly.

Doesn't remain cold enough for more than 5 to 7 minutes. Not very good

Returned it, doesn't stay cold for long and same thing much cheaper on Takealot. Havent received refund.

This ice pack does a great job for a swollen knee. But it’s pretty cold next to your skin
