The pill is a bit big but its not an issue for me. I love this brand of supplements due to their transparency and quality of product. The ingredients are always the cleanest from other brands I've used. I don't notice a taste or odor which is great. Works great for what I need it for and no side effects. Thorne overall is a bit pricey but so worth it when you consider the value and quality.

This PC works well for me. I have a failing gallbladder and other PCs have aggravated that, so I gave up. This one works well. I feel like my gut is greatly improved after using it a couple of months. It does not aggragvate my gallbladder.

Choline is something we don’t get enough of in our everyday diet so I take this supplement daily. This brand is really clean and I stand behind it. No odor or taste for these capsules. I will say they are on the bigger side. Here’s a photo of the supplement next to a “regular sized” pill for reference. Good price for the quality!

I have repurchased countless times. For my first pregnancy I had bloodwork done after I gave birth and due to high cholesterol and other issues I had a slightly high liver enzymes. Then, I got pregnant with my second and decided to take them throughout my pregnancy and my liver enzymes were perfect and I had a very healthy baby! My husband now takes them and they are part of our everyday vitamins. Highly recommend. I took these with the prenatal vitamins and was very pleased with the quality and brand as a whole. Only little complaint is I’m a baby when it comes to pills and these are quite large, but other than that very happy with them.

They are very large capsules but they do go down easy. I was intimidated at first but found if I take a swallow or two of something and then the capsule I don’t have a problem. I usually take my vitamins/minerals with kefir. The slightly thickened consistency helps me get them down without an issue.

I'm glad they sell this version of choline, but I wish Thorne would consider pregnant women taking it. The gel caps are ENORMOUS. You might gag on them even if you're not pregnant, but while pregnant, they are really hard to swallow without feeling nauseous. I wish Thorne would offer a daily dose as two smaller gelcaps instead of one huge one
