A nice product and great delivery service. It arrived 2 days early in perfect condition. Works very well and I like the feel of it. It's well designed, comfortable and easy to use. No setup needed. It came with long life Duracell battery already installed. I just plugged in the USB on my HP desktop, pulled out the tab from the battery and it was ready to go. It scrolls smoothly and it's very quiet. No annoying constant clicking noise. I always look for and buy Logitech and have never been disappointed with their products. The price was right and the product is good.

Signature M550 wireless mouse: I like this mouse because it has all the right feels (very comfortable) and because it doesn't have the things I don't want and because it does have the things I do want. I don't want side buttons. I always end up turning them off anyway on my other mice which all have side buttons. To turn them off you need the special software for that particular mouse. And that's another thing I didn't want. Special software. I want a mouse that works perfectly on the regular mouse driver that has been packaged with Windows forever. The mice I'm throwing away right now needed special software and I think that is part of what's wrong with them, because they worked ok in Windows 10 but not Windows 11. Then for the things I did want, besides good ergonomics: The Logi Bolt type wireless is the type of wireless that whatever you call it, it seems bulletproof for being reliable, and it can work from a long ways away if you want that. The AA type of battery, good, because then I can use a rechargeable Eneloop (NiMH) which I am. Trying to not have so many Lithium batteries in the house, because they can be a little hazardous when they get old. It took me a while to find the instructions, and when I did find them, I was a little disappointed that they aren't very clear about some things. The instructions on the box aren't very good, and there aren't any instructions inside the box. The best instructions I could find are on the Logitech webpage for the Signature M550, under the heading "Software and Support" and then "Get Started". And there they are, sort of, and with a link to a video by them that shows some things.

I have been using this mouse daily for work and general browsing, and it has been a very solid all-around option. The size works well for small to medium hands, and the contoured shape makes long sessions comfortable without fatigue. The rubber side grips help keep your hand steady, especially during extended use. One of the first things I noticed is the weight. It is very lightweight, which makes it easy to move around without effort but still feels controlled and not cheap. It strikes a good balance where it does not feel bulky or tiring over time. The silent clicks are a standout feature. They are soft but still tactile enough to feel precise, which makes a big difference in quieter environments. The SmartWheel is also genuinely useful, switching smoothly between precise scrolling and faster movement for long pages. In terms of durability, it feels well built for everyday use. The plastic shell is solid with no creaking, and the buttons have held up well with consistent daily use. It is not a heavy-duty or premium mouse, but for its price range it feels reliable and designed to last. Logitech also emphasizes sustainable materials like recycled plastics in the build, which is a nice added touch. Appearance is clean and minimal. It has a simple, modern look that fits well on any desk setup without drawing attention. The matte finish helps resist fingerprints, and the overall design looks more refined than most basic wireless mice. Battery life has also been excellent so far, and not having to think about charging often is a big plus. Overall, this is a comfortable, lightweight, and dependable mouse that looks good and performs consistently. It is not packed with advanced features, but for everyday productivity it does everything you need very well.

While it can connect to multiple device, switching from one device to another was not nearly as seamless as I needed to be so I unfortunately needed to use another mouse for my work computer. You can always switch back to your usb connected device with the button on the bottom, but even that is clunky and inconsistent. I kept having to do the "forget this bluetooth device" setting on my secondary device in order to get it to pair again, and it was too much of a drag to do that EVERY day, especially on the days I was switching multiple times. Maybe mine was defective if its not supposed to be like that? You can only switch to the primary device with the bottom on the bottom, you cant go back and forth. But apart from the poor usability on the multi device connection, it is very comfy, and light but not too light that it feels cheap. I have small hands and this feels perfect whereas norma sized mice for adults feels really big in my hands. I was worried about the "silent click" but there is still enough physical click feedback that it works great, with pretty much audible click. And for the price and knowing its still premium, I might get it again in the future should I need another mouse. Even my boyfriend (an avid gamer with lots of opinions on computer mice) with big hands used it for a moment and commented it was really nice

I really like this mouse. The size is perfect for my hand, and the design is very comfortable, even when using it for long periods of time. It’s precise, responsive, and makes working on the computer much easier. The battery life is also excellent—I’ve been using it for quite a while and haven’t had to replace the battery yet. It feels well made and is definitely good quality.

Quiet mouse that fits my small hands. Definitely one of the better mice that I have used, and I use the mouse a lot for CAD work.

I picked this up for doing 3D design work in SolidWorks, and the precise tracking makes navigating complex assemblies much easier. I love this mouse, it is a good size for small- or medium-size hands and scrolls smoothly. It has a bit of a grippy surface along the sides as well which is appealing. The pale rose colour is a plus, too. I had this mouse before but lost it so I had to use another 'regular' wired mouse for a few days. It was torture - my hand was so sore and I hated using it. I was thrilled when my replacement arrived.

My previous workplace provided me with this mouse, and since I left the company I had to return the mouse. Ever since, I've been missing having this mouse and I am very glad to rejoice with this product. This product is nice and compact as described in the dimensions. It connects to my laptop via bluetooth VERY fast. It really works like a charm and I have a very average size hands and it fits perfectly into my hands. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing a new mouse for work, although for other purposes like gaming, I haven't tried anything with this mouse. It may be too small for that.
