I've had this bag for 4 years now. I use it every day and it still basically looks new, just maybe slightly flatter in a few places. Nothing has frayed, nothing has broken.It's been on many long haul flights with me carrying all my clothes. It fits the overhead bins perfectly. It's too big for under the seat. You'll get it in sideways, but only if the seat next to you is free.It fits a 17 inch, extremely heavy Alienware laptop in the back pocket, with another pocket for a tablet.I constantly use this bag to carry my food shopping home from the supermarket. Cans, potatoes, bottles the lot.It survived daily trips to the hospital for a year and all the disinfectant that went with it.This bag had been abused and shows no signs of dying. I use it for everything.I can't recommend it enough, it holds my life.The only thing that's worn is the water bottle holder which stretched out. But I stuck 1 litre bottles in it, what would you expect?The straps are so easy to adjust, even when walking. It had compression straps on the outside so your can crunch it down into a much thinner bag.It has so many pockets. They're all useful. The only changes I would make to the configuration after years of use is to make the front ones open all the way round because one of the is super deep and sometimes hard to find things in. I would also make the umbrella pocket vertical instead of horizonal so it could hold larger umbrellas. Other than that it's pretty perfect.

It is indeed a great backpack, lots of space, lots of pockets.Secret compartments for money included.It has any features really handy for travellers.My only cons is the main compartment and outside pockets, only the main inside one has a pouch with zip.Outside in the front the two big compartments do not have secure pockets inside, because the bag is quite flexible if you open it and happen to have one of those pockets unziped everything will fall out.NOTE: This is much bigger than the Ryanair allowed sizes (40 x 20 x 25 cm).

I needed a new bag to comply with Ryanair restrictions. Very pleased with this bag. Packed enough clothes, ipad, wires etc. for a week in Northern Spain. Good quality zips and comfortable to wear. Not having to check in hold luggage is an obvious advantage.

I've never written an Amazon review before, but I also can't remember the last time I bought something I loved so instantly. I got this to replace a travel bag I have owned for nearly a decade for a business trip to another city I wanted to explore on foot for a bit before heading to the hotel. So my requirements were a bag that was professional enough for business travel, with enough capacity to store several days' worth of business clothes, that would serve as my airplane carry-on item, and that was comfortable to carry for several hours.This bag did not disappoint. I was a bit skeptical of all of the compartments and extra features, but I wound up using absolutely everything. The lumbar pouch proved essential for safely stowing my passport while traveling, and the strap pocket made it easy to store my locks before and after taking my laptop out for security. I even wound up using the side handle to keep it steady on my lap in public transit. Best of all, it was so lightweight. Even though I was carrying multiple electronics and 4 days' worth of clothes and shoes, I only had to pause my urban walking once in 4 hours to take the load off my back a bit.I'd encourage anyone thinking about purchasing it to look for videos on YouTube; I found these a lot more useful than the manufacturer-provided video. Finally, two cautions (which wouldn't have prevented me from purchasing, but would have been good to know): 1) The water bottle pouch is not very secure; when I pulled my bag out from the overhead compartment, my metal water bottle fell out and whacked the lady next to me on the plane, and 2) When packed to capacity, it's extremely difficult to hang the backpack on bathroom door hooks.

This is plenty of room to fit any clothes, shoes for a trip for a week. Loving this backpack easy to carry, light and very good support for the back. Would recommend this backpack to anyon e.

have used this twice since bought. Worked for us well. Surprising how much you can fit in. A few pockets found that we didn't know was there. Didn't have time to have a good look around before we first used it. Husband found it was comfy to wear.

A nice bag with lots of storage and plenty of pockets; it was just what I was looking for. However on taking it out of the packaging I noticed that the lining of the rear pocket wasn't stitched for about 10cm, so the foam padding was exposed.Had it not been defective, it would have been a great value bag, which otherwise appeared to be well made.
