The **Lenovo Tab P12** is a mid-range tablet that offers a blend of performance, display quality, and accessory support, making it suitable for entertainment, productivity, and casual gaming. Here's a detailed overview:**Pros:**1. **Large, High-Resolution Display:** The Tab P12 features a 12.7-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 2944 x 1840 pixels. This expansive display is ideal for watching movies, reading, and multitasking. citeturn0search02. **Solid Performance:** Equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor, the tablet delivers reliable performance for everyday tasks and moderate gaming. It comes with either 4GB or 8GB of RAM, depending on the storage variant, ensuring smooth multitasking. citeturn0search33. **Comprehensive Accessory Support:** The Tab P12 supports the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus stylus, which is included in the box. The stylus offers 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, enhancing note-taking and drawing experiences. Additionally, the optional Lenovo Keyboard Pack provides a magnetic docking keyboard with a touchpad and cover, improving productivity for typing-intensive tasks. citeturn0search14. **Long Battery Life:** With a substantial 10,200mAh battery, the Tab P12 offers impressive battery life, lasting up to 10 hours of continuous use, such as video playback. citeturn0search55. **Premium Build Quality:** The tablet boasts a metal frame with a dual-tone finish, providing a premium look and feel. Its dimensions and weight (615g) contribute to a substantial in-hand feel, though it may be heavier than some competitors. citeturn0search6**Cons:**1. **Shorter Battery Life Under Intensive Use:** While the battery performs well under typical usage, intensive tasks like gaming can drain the battery more quickly. For example, playing graphically demanding games can reduce battery life significantly in a short period. citeturn0search52. **Limited High-End Gaming Performance:** Although capable of handling casual games, the Tab P12 may struggle with high-end gaming at maximum settings. Users may need to adjust graphics settings for smoother gameplay. citeturn0search23. **Absence of High Refresh Rate Display:** The tablet's display is limited to a 60Hz refresh rate, which may be noticeable when scrolling or during fast-paced content compared to devices with higher refresh rates. citeturn0search64. **Fingerprint Sensor Reliability:** Some users have reported issues with the reliability of the side-mounted fingerprint sensor, with occasional failures to recognize fingerprints. citeturn0search85. **Lack of 3.5mm Audio Jack:** The Tab P12 does not include a 3.5mm headphone jack, which may be inconvenient for users who prefer wired headphones without relying on adapters or Bluetooth connectivity. citeturn0search6**Conclusion:**The Lenovo Tab P12 offers a compelling combination of a large, high-resolution display, solid performance, and accessory support, making it a suitable choice for users seeking a versatile tablet for entertainment and productivity. However, potential buyers should consider its limitations in battery life under intensive use, gaming performance, and the absence of certain features like a high refresh rate display and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Large, Speedy Tablet but a little heavy
Was looking for a tablet with a large screen (12.7 inches in more than large enough) that would also be speedy enough for doing things such as reading child bedtime stories, comics, media streaming & occasional note taking during meetings. Since receiving & using, I have found this tablet also suitable for other things such as managing a remote server and accessing my kid's PCs remotely. The fact that it came included with a stylus & folio case was a bonus as I prefer using stylus on screens (I hate fingerprints and marks on screens) & a folio case is my preferred case style as it usually doesn't add much thickness to the device. The only cons for me are that I wish the tablet was just maybe half an inch smaller as its just barely too big to fit in a specific pocket of my crossbody sling bag that I use for my electronics when traveling but I already figured that would be the case before I bought it as I tested with my child's 11 inch tablet before I purchased. It is also a little on the heavy side especially for one handed holding, but my work around to that is to flip the case as if I was going to use it as a stand & then just grip the triangle it forms. The second con is that the tablet has these magnetic pins on one end for a specific keyboard to attach to it. The issue is that that specific keyboard appears to have been discontinued as I have search everywhere I could for it & can't find it anywhere, not even on Lenovo's own site. It bug me almost enough to deduct a star. If anyone knows where I can find that specific Lenovo keyboard please advise

Lenovo as good as Samsung if not better!
I bought the P10 and loved it. I use it everyday almost all day. I'm disabled and my tablet is my lifeline. I keep in touch through social media and I watch videos and I read books and I listen to books and I play games and I read the news. You see what I'm getting at it is everything to me. So when it was time for me to decide what to do with some money that I received unexpectedly I decided that buying the latest version of my tablet was the best thing I could do. I loved the P10 and I couldn't imagine not loving the P12. It operates a little bit differently so it's taking me a little bit to get used to but slowly but surely I am. I love this Lenovo tablet. I used to be a Samsung girl. However their tablets became incredibly expensive and that is what made me try to P10 to begin with . Honestly Lenovo is just as good as the Samsung but without all the bloatware. I wish Lenovo made phones and tvs. I paid about half the price that I would have paid for a Samsung of this quality for the lenovo. Definitely an unsung hero in Android tablets.

Awesome Android
This Lenovo Android tablet is getting on. The P12 is over 2 years old now. I was a little hesitant at first as I worried about it being dated and slower performing, but it's been great and still one of the best options in this price range. It came as a bundle with a case cover and stylus. Both are nicely designed and work well. The tablet has a premium finish and looks great. It's not the lightest or thinnest tablet in the market but it doesn't need to be for my needs. The screen, even though it's not AMOLED looks great. The resolution is 3K and it looks super sharp. Colors are warm and realistic. Watching content is a delight. The audio is very clear and crisp, though it does lack bass. There are 4 speakers, with two on either side in landscape mode. The audio is even better with high quality wireless headphones and earbuds. The only downside to the tablet from my POV is that it's running Android 14 and Lenovo won't be updating it to 15. I don't really have an issue with that but it's worth pointing out if you want those future updates. Lenovo have committed to security updates until 2028.For $330 I think this is an absolute bargain and i'm very happy with my purchase.
