For starters these batteries perform just like the originals. They fit good and the charge lasts. The real test will be longevity but so far happy with these.

Had these for a month. These 6ah are lighter than Makita 5ah 🤨🤔. So far I have not experienced any difference in tool behavior with these batteries. The fit snuggly as they should onto any Makita 18 volt tool you own.Description says they are equipped with the same overload protection as oem and correspondence between tool and battery as oem. I’m as of now not aware of how to prove or disprove that. My tools are fine after using them I would think is a good sign?After using for a month I can say that they perform that same as Makita 5ah batteries. Same power. Same run time. So just know that your getting to replacement 5ah batteries. For the price, you still can’t beat it. As far as charge cycles and longevity? Time will tell.

I have used these batteries on the Makita chainsaw, 1/2" drill, and leaf blower. I will continue to use these batteries as they are 3000% cheaper than the Makitas. The difference is they have a bit less running time. They also don't activate the red lights on the equipment when they are discharged. That doesn't bother me a bit mainly because you don't need the red light as the equipment stops running anyway. I will not pay $200.00 for one Makita battery when these are $55.00 for two of them. They perform well on the charger also.JJK

I’ve used one on Mikita string trimmer. After an hour of run time it still had 4 bars. This battery is an 6AH . Most of my Mikita batteries at 5AH and the costPer battery is 75% less than Mikita. It seems to be a very cost effective replacement.

Perfect fit in the tools and charger, last a long time under steady use. I like the batteries, and the price. Five stars from me.

The media could not be loaded. Batteries didn’t make it past the first day. I have a makita battery operated lawnmower. I charged the batteries before use. The first round went well. Went to recharge them and one battery charged fine the other smelled like fire and the charger reads broken battery. After the next use the one working battery did the same. I wound up just buying another set of authentic makita batteries.

Works great. Matches my Makita tools. Excellent deal
