I’m a doctor, and I’ve work in ICU and many different areas during my career, so I’ve seen intensive and nutritionist care workers using while patients in the ICU curse with constipation and other condition that may affect the digestive system, they use these one, I bought it for my husband cause he got constipation, something that normally doesn’t happen to him, and it work really good, but also remember not alone is not magic adjust, I adjust his diet increase the amount of veggies, I took out certain type of meat that slow the digestive transit, and increase the water intake, so is not on about just taking a fiber, maybe some here have tried but keep eating junk food and have it doesn’t work, the thing is that it does🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I didn't fully read the label before purchasing however I'm comfortable taking this in my water every day. It has a light citrus taste, as described. I often add it to a smoothie and it's just fine. It does take a couple of days and, consistency is the key. I would purchase again. 1 bottle will likely be a 1-month supply.
