I don’t typically write reviews, but this product deserves one! It’s magic!As someone with many piercings, I wish I had found this sooner! I have a very stubborn irritation bump on my snug piercing (that I thought was a keloid until I purchased this product and it responded so quickly). I have the gel and oil, and have been using each once per day. I have only had them for 5-6 days, and I already notice a HUGE difference! After 3 days, the pain, irritation and redness that I’ve been struggling with for 8-9 months disappeared, and now, on day 5-6, I can feel the bump noticeably shrinking beneath the skin. I did not have any huge hopes or expectations (as I know true keloids are very difficult to treat), but rather purchased this as a last ditch effort to save my piercing after tea tree oil, saline, and attempts to minimize pressure/irritation on the piercing failed.If you’re on the fence, buy it. If you have a lot of piercings, buy it. If you have any pain, irritation or swelling around your piercing, buy it.I truly cannot express how shocked I am with the speed of results, and am excited and hopeful to finally heal my piercing!

I have 16 ear piercings. I’ve never had a problem with them healing or any bumps until last week. I took all my piercings out to clean them and forgot them for a week, a helix that I’ve had for 10 years almost closed and I had to press super hard to get it back in.That's never happened so idk why it did. It was so painful I couldn’t even sleep on it. 2 days later I got a bump. I’m only on day 3 and the pain has decreased 80%. I’m sure in another week or so it will be back to normal. The bump is almost gone! I will continue to use this on all my piercings once a week just as a precaution so I don’t have to deal with this again.

the piercing bump solution is amazing!!! i bought this may 29 for a couple of bumps on some of my healing piercings. i’ve never had a bump before and all of my other salines and cleaners were not getting rid of them. the solution got rid of the bump i had so quickly!! i have been using it twice a day and its june 29 and i swear its also healed my piercings more. they were struggling really bad and now they’re not bleeding, crusting, painful, and the bumps are all gone! i’m gonna keep using it and buy another bottle. haven’t tried the gel because i don’t have any use for it rn but im sure it works great too!

I got my piercing on May 2nd. First picture June 24th and second picture August 8th. It was much worse late May and throughout June because I had the initial stud and switched it out to a hoop prematurely. During that time, I was really trying to commit to Dr. Piercing Aftercare because it had worked in the past, but it was just not doing it for me. Once I switched to Base Laboratories, it has been a game changer! It was noticeably better mid-July but forgot to take pictures. I also wasn’t consistent with use, just putting the gel at night and every once in a while in the morning. I have been raving about it to others and there is no smell like the other brand. Absolutely recommend!

I was wondering if this really worked before I bought it. To my surprise after about three weeks of using it, or maybe less, the small keloids from my ear started getting smaller. I was really surprised but, HEY! it works. Still putting it on to see if it goes away completely.

I had 2 piercing bumps. One on each side, the back was large and popped. I had tried everything trying to get this to heal. I almost went to urgent care it was so bad! Within 24hrs the bumps shrunk in size and was less painful. By day 3 it’s almost completely gone!

This stuff from base labs left my nose ANGRY and worse than ever. Also take a notice to their website they have conflicting information on whether you should use the oil or gel first… Do yourselves a favor and get products with sterile 0.9% sodium chloride saline and water. All of the other stuff in this base labs item is totally unnecessary. I switched to a simple saline wound wash (arm & hammer) and after only 2 days there was a massive improvement, sorry base labs but you’ve officially let me down. I’ve tried the saline spray too and it made my nose irritation worse.

This is amazing!!!! use it 2-3x a day and you will see the difference it heals any scars, bumps, keloids from piercings. THE BEST.

Je ne recommande pas du tout ces produits qui sont beaucoup trop irritant pour un piercing en cours de cicatrisation. J’ai développé deux excroissances suite au pierçage d’un daith. Désemparée j’ai longuement cherché un produit qui pourrait aider à la cicatrisation mais l’application de l’huile et du gel de Base Lab ont aggravé l’aspect des excroissances. Ça brûle et pour cause, ces produits contiennent des huiles essentielles ce qui augmente l’irritation du piercing. C’est tout l’inverse de ce qui est recherché, à savoir de la douceur! Passez votre chemin si ne voulez pas aggraver votre cas.
