Yes It’s an underwire so it would feel really uncomfortable. I removed the underwire and it was worse. It is unfortunate that the bra section is small

If you have arthritis I think it will be a little difficult to get this on. It will be hard for you to pull it up to where it needs to be. I did not keep this. I sent it back
