This works just as advertised, and I use it to branch the ethernet connection to my TV and a Roku in a location with poor WiFi. Just plug and play....

This was purchased to replace another model whose switch became intermittent. So far, is working fine. Switch has positive action and locks to position.

There are times you want or need to physically disconnect from your internet router and this device fills that need. Yes, it can be used for other things as well... Great quality and functions as advertised.

Wifi in our house is spotty so I hard wired from router to a spot between my office PC and my bedroom laptop and ran individual cables from that point. I use this to switch internet access between the two. Works great.

It’s advertised as a net switch, but it does not switch anything. It’s a splitter but they call it a net switch. Why? Let me guess, perhaps they are not native English speakers?

I needed to split my ethernet inside a room but without sacrificing speed to either connection. This little buddy did the trick and works great!

Cheaper and faster than a network switch. Got this to swap between my laptop dock and gaming PC since I only ever use one at a time. I get full gigabit thought both sides with no issues. Only note I have is that the switch is stiff and kind of hard to move, occasionally it gets stuck halfway so you have to crank on it to get full switch, maybe not good for those with arthritis.
