Update to my first review which was 1 star. Loved everything about it except...
Great product. Hardware was made from solid materials, Assure Lock worked beautifully. Problem is that while the lock will fit a 2 1/4 inch door, the handle will not. It is made for a 1 3/4 inch door. Still trying to find a handle for the larger door that will match the lock. If you have the thinner door, highly recommend. You can make this set work on a 2 1/4 door… with the extension kit sold by Yale from their website. $6 to make it fit. Yale really should include the extension kit with the original or tell the buyer it is needed to fit a wider door.

Looks cheap and app is unreliable
I regret buying this product. The material feels cheap and not sturdy, but the app and functionality is the worst aspect of the product. There are always connectivity issues, problems calibrating or detecting the current state of the lock. Also settings are not saved and have to be constantly updated.

easy to set up
This pairs to an app that you download- super easy and user friendly. Highly recommend. No more getting locked out!

Very short battery life.
The product installs easily and is solid and good looking. I love that it doesn't require a hub, but still connects to wi-fi. The only downfall is battery life. It takes 4 AA batteries which last one month with light use. I wish this either came with a rechargeable, or lasted longer. It's very inconvenient to change batteries this often.

Not worth the effort or money
Too expensive for the issues. 3 months after buying it i started having issues so I changed the batteries and it completely stopped working. Customer service ran me through hoops to get a replacement. 3 months after getting the replacement and now it is showing the same issues as the first time.

I didn't Hate it..?
I really wanted to like this but there are too many issues. It does work but barely. Pros: Looks nice, heavy duty. Cons: Continually disconnects from wifi, EATS BATTERIES (I'm replacing the AA batteris every few weeks), will not accept more than one fingerprint (should be able to use multiple fingerprints to unlock but will only accept one). I guess I just expected more for the price and don't think I'll buy another Yale lock again.

Doesn’t work outside us and canada
They should say somewhere in the product that it doesn’t work outside the US and Canada! Beyond that, which is a major deal killer, the product is high quality

Don’t buy this trash brand
Don’t buy them, they literally just work for 2-3 months, then batteries die, I changed them and the locks never ever go on again, I tried everything, videos, Yale instructions, they stopped answering me emails in Yale support. They are VERY expensive for this. Now I have two Yale locks at my doors that I need to open with a physical key lol. (And this has happen twice)
