This is a nice variety of seeds and the birds seem to like it. However, it includes a large portion of sunflower seeds. If your feeder cannot handle such large seeds, it may not work well.

Is this birdseed sterilized?

The wild bird food is not sterilized.

About how long does a 20lb bag last?

It depends on the size of your feeder and how often you fill it up. I have two ground feeders that I fill (at least) once a day. So, a 20lb bag lasts about about 7-10 days for me.
