I’ve been using this Vitamin E for a few weeks now, and it’s pretty good. At 400 IU per softgel, it’s a solid dose if you’re looking for an antioxidant boost. I’ve noticed some improvements in my skin, and it feels like it’s helping overall with recovery and general health. That said, the dose is on the high side, so I’m not sure I’d take this long term. I’ll probably cycle it with breaks in between to be on the safe side. Still, it’s natural (D-Alpha-Tocopherol) and made with organic olive oil, so it’s good quality and feels like a clean supplement. Softgels are easy to swallow, and with 200 in the tub, it’ll last you ages. All in, it’s a decent option if you’re after a strong Vitamin E supplement.

I personally take one capsule twice per week, which suits my needs considering my medication and otherwise healthy diet. You’ll need to work out — with proper guidance — what is suitable for your own situation. Overall, I very much recommend these natural, oil‑based Vitamin E supplements. I wouldn’t take them daily myself, and I suggest speaking with a healthcare advisor to determine what’s appropriate for you. They offer good value for money and are easy to take.

Was looking something with tocopherol. I wish if 1 capsule can have 1000 strength

Ordered these as they contain the type of Vit E that is most easily absorbed, when eaten with a meal that contains fat. Arrived next day, well packaged. Bottle was sealed with security cover under lid. Contents all look good. Easy to swallow. No after taste. Happy with purchase.
