Best curling iron ever! Curls last for days!

I absolutely love this curling iron! My hair is hard to curl, but this iron does a fabulous job. However, this is the second iron I have purchased because the first one broke in half. I assumed since it was older and I had traveled with it, that it had just taken a beating from use. Therefore, I purchased another on July 1, 2025, and it stopped working in September. It heats up very well, but once you pick it up and start using it, the curling iron turns off and cools down. I tried it on several outlets just to make sure it was a product problem and not another issue. Amazon says they cannot refund or replace my curling iron, and so far Bio Ionic has not done nothing. I filed a claim with Bio Ionic because Amazon said to do this, but they took my claim and did nothing about it. I am over it! Bio Ionic is expensive and I expect better of their products. I will be finding another curling iron product company.

I was very hesitant to spend this much money on a curling iron. I was afraid this would just end up another curling iron in my curling iron graveyard. I have very straight hair that doesn’t hold a curl. I decided to get the .75 barrel size because my hair needs to be curled rather tight in order to have any curl at all. Because of the extra long barrel, you are able to put a lot more hair in each curl.. so far I am very, very impressed. I decided to go ahead because Amazon is so good about returns.. another great thing about this curling iron is it has a lock on it my other curling irons a lot of times as I was curling my fingers would accidentally turn the temperature or the curling iron off. So frustrating! So anyone who is having this problem it’s a good thing to know. Just hold down the on button until the lock comes on. I suspect the tight curls will relax a bit as my hair has a hard time holding curl. I went to bed and slept on it and still had some curl the next morning. If you’re on the fence about spending this much money, go for it. Time to toss all my other curling irons.

Does not dry hair. Adds shine. Adds moisture eventhough there is no opening to add water for steam. It is advanced technology that works. The tip stays cool. It is very easy to use. Barrell size very good for short layered hair. Hair takes shape and loses flat, just washed look. Worth the higher price to me.

My daughter is in dance and needs her hair curled for shows. She has long hair and we have struggled to get the perfect curl with short barreled less expensive curling irons. I am very pleased with this curling iron. It has cut down the time it takes to curl her hair in half.
