Came Highly Recommended & Did Not Disappoint
This is a good book for high schoolers or recent grads to help them discern where to go next in life. Not just a basic "if you answer the 3rd way on all questions, you should X careers" book but really diving a bit deeper into career fulfillment/life meaning. My daughter enjoyed it.

Eye opener
I heard about this on Mike Rowes podcast and bought it for my son. His job has multiple responsibilities, some he enjoys and some not so much. The test results cemented in his mind what he was feeling and he thought it so important he bought a copy for each of his top line reports and had them discuss their personal results with him.

Good tool, but not unique
I bought this for my 22 year old son who was trying to figure out which path to take. I listen to Dave Ramsay on the radio and heard this mentioned multiple times, so we decided to give it a try. In my opinion, the book is expensive, but if it helped my son find direction, it might be a good investment. The book contains a one time use code to an online survey of 100 questions. You use the book to interpret the survey results. Unfortunately, this was very similar to information he had gotten before with other assessments he has taken for free through school. Not a good investment for me, but if you have never taken a job/skills assessment, it might work for you.

The author's guidance on navigating challenges and overcoming doubts was particularly valuable, making the process feel achievable rather than overwhelming. The real-life examples and stories added depth and relatability, showing that the journey to finding fulfilling work is different for everyone. The access code does work when you use a desk top vs cell phone
First, let me address some comments about the code not working. I bought the hardcover book from Amazon, and when I used my cell phone to access the web address supplied in the book, all it did was take me to the Ramsey website, and then I was lost; there needed to be direction from there. The next day I used my work desktop, and I typed in the web address; it took me straight to the assessment, where I entered the code. I'm trying to understand why that happened on my cell phone, however. I thought it was just me, but Ramsey/Coleman need to figure that part out. The assessment was spot-on and very helpful as a career guide. And, when I did reach out to Ramsey.com, someone did respond less than 24-hours.
