This is an extremely good and healthy, warm cereal. It’s sort of like a porridge. It is gluten-free and good for vegans as well. It has slight taste of spice in it. It is very easy to cook. It is also very easy on my stomach as I have digestive issues, I’m glad to know that Amazon carries this

Very nice product contains all natural ingredients like Ragi, Bajra, Jowar, Corn, Almonds, Cashews, Red rice and Ground nut etc...All ingredients are natural and beneficial for kids growth and help in digestion. Manna health drink doesn't have added sugar and artificial flavors. It's completely beneficial not only for kids but for adults also.

I was sceptical before buying but this is worth it. It’s tasty n I like all the ingredients used in it. A blend of nuts, pulses n cereals. My LO doesn’t like cerelac because it’s sweet. When I tried Manna health mix I added little jaggery n made it lil thick paste n was surprised to see her eating it without troubling me. It’s easy to make. It tastes good evn with salt.

Definitely best option when compared to all other products like horlicks, complan ... which are mostly sugar n high cost. The powder does not dissolve full - so kids may not like it unless they know the benifit or get used to it. Good to mix the powder with some warm milk and then add hot milk to avoid formation of solids
