This works great. I have at least one good BM a day with just taking one tablet bedmfore going to bed. It does not give you diarrhea,

I have been using this product for more that 30 years, but couldn't find it in the stores in South Carolina. Ordered from Amazon. The tablets are fresh, and since I only take 1/2 tablet a day it works fine for me. Note, I started GLP-1 so .....you know #2 was kind of sluggish. This product is dependable - sorry this sounds like a commercial, but dependable and predictable and no RUSH to evacuate...

Just a couple of these before bedtime with magnesium. I have been using Swiss Kriss for years (I know you are not supposed to), but if I don’t:( I don’t enjoy my life. I believe many individuals are miserable because they don’t poop in the morning or whenever it happens for them. This product works for me and I don’t have to increase the dosage. It does not appear to cause the utmost dependency. Perhaps some, but at an advanced age and for women you need to clean out that colon regularly or you will be miserable.
