What are the different hand feeding species I can raise using LORO handfeeding formula ?

Loro handfeeding formula is suitable for all type of parrot chicks like love birds, cockatiel, sun conure, small conures, African grey parrot , Macaws etc.. formula contains 19 % protein and 15 % fat helps to boost up the chick growth.

How much to feed the parrot chicks ?

Ideally 10 % of body weight per feeding after mixing it in the warm water, however the frequency can be adjusted based on the individual bird digestion.

At what temperature the formula should be feed ?

It should be feed between between 39 to 40 degree Celsius

What should be brooding temperature for the chick ?

It changes based on the age of the chicks , Scan the QR code behind the pack to know more about the brooding temperature.

What consistency should hand feeding formula be?

To Prevent burning the crop do not feed formula over 39°c, formula less than 38°c may effect the digestion and acceptance of the formula). Mixture should have the consistency of thick creamy pudding.
