This phone right here I believe was made to lure iPhone users. It looks like iPhone and it's very nice, sleek and fast. The picture quality is very good. Not too big and not small. I will be buying another one soon for a family member.

My 2nd Samsung A55 5G smartphone now. It has 5G and works well enough. Smooth operation up to 120 hertz and it's adjustable also. It's rather heavy & well-built due to the metal-like frame it uses & has glass front & backsides also. It looks & feels premium for sure. Cameras are not premium though. My Blackview A96 takes better photos compared to this A55 smartphone. Videos are very good though on my A55. Speedy smartphone, fair amount of storage space, good sized a bit under 6.8 inches measured. Battery life for me is "fair", does not last a day or barely does. Does not have wireless charging. Remember it's a high-end mid-range Samsung "A" Series smartphone, not the flagship "S" series from Samsung smartphones. For basic phone calls, texting, playing basic games, watching videos and doing basic Internet stuff on this phone will be fine. One thing I hate about all Samsung Smartphones is "Bixby" stuff and disable it on every single Samsung Smartphone I have had before and now, including this A55. Get a decent case and screen protector and you'll have a solid mid-range smartphone that could last you for a few years & basically do most or all basic tasks just fine on it. Also, I think it's got Android 14 on it and with some updates in the future, not sure how many updates though.

I love the look it. It's moves lightning fast, and the camera resolution is top of the line.

Phone is great, love the features and the quality. Excellent battery and display. I looking to save money by switching to other carriers nut the phone uncompatible with most MVNOs even though it was unlocked as new. So if cheap phone plan is your requirement Then this is not for you.

I loved everything about this phone with one exception... Having come from high end phones when downloading apps I noticed a slight difference in speed but otherwise I have no complaints. This phone rivals premium phones in every other way. If your am average user looking for a new phone, same some money and get yourself a premium Device for a mid-range price like this one. You won't regret it.

Simply the best. I also have iPhone 14 pro max. Compared to the new Samsung phone it weighs so much more and heavy. Samsung A55 wins in so many different ways. Glass back and metal frame is an amazing as well. Youtube played side by side. It is exactly same size of the screen it fills or feels slightly bigger. Transitioning the apps from iPhone took less than 5 min. So much more of innovation paired with Android os. Two Thumbs Up

I wanted to save a few bucks so I ordered this one, and it's a perfect new in box phone with no issues. The only downside is that it is a mexican model and that might be why the autocorrect does odd things like changes "the" to "thy" (makes no sense for this to be a mexican preference, but it is a mexican model and that is an odd autocorrect lol!). There are enough small things like this that make me wish I had just got the local model and spent the extra dough. Still, there is nothing wrong with the phone!
