Easy on the tummy. Not difficult to swallow. Made me feel the pep in my step.

I first bought these about a year after my full hysterectomy at 32, just to see if it would help my hot flashes. I have been using for over 6 months, no hot flashes since. It’s also helped so much with my mood. I am not so quick to get irritated. I can’t go without them!!!!!! Side note: I am also on an estrogen patch with this vitamin. But using only the patch the flashes were like I was burning from the inside out

I didn’t expect to see much of a change so soon. I have noticed a significant increase in my ability to stay focused since taking it. It also has made a difference in my quality of sleep. The price is more reasonable here than at other retail stores. Would definitely recommend it.

Apparently I’ve been a bit snappy and didn’t even recognize it. After taking these for about a month I can feel myself go back to chill mode and everyone has made some kind of comment or out right told me I’m changing for the better!

I use another product with ashwaganda and it does help me. This is fine, does help, but pretty pricy. I like tea and the other supplement I use better. Will probably not purchase this again honestly. I would say this is a good product to try if you are new to this type of supplement so I would recommend it, just not going to repurchase for myself at this point.
