Maybe my best purchase of 2025
Absolutely my best purchase of 2025 thus far. WOW, how did I even keep my floors clean before this?? It works so well, so so easy to use. Pros- cordless, long battery life that lasts me my entire house (smaller house), cuts down significantly on overall cleaning time because it combines sweeping and mopping, easy to clean, came with an extra roller and filter.Cons- not a lot of negatives, but I did take this to another house to clean their floors and the tineco fell over in my trunk. It malfunctioned after that (Im guessing due to water leakage into the electrical?), but Amazon replaced within the day and it works just fine. There IS a warning label that says don’t let the vacuum go horizontal due to leakage. Hopefully it was just a dud and it’s not an issue for many!Regardless, I would absolutely purchase again in a heartbeat. I was influenced to buy initially by a family member that has a slightly different version, but I’ve already influenced two other people to purchase as well because it really is just SO helpful.

This vacuum cuts my cleaning routine in half and works great with animal hair.
I was hesitant to make this big purchase. I'm so glad that I did. I have 2 kids, a dog (Golden Retriever), a long-haired cat, and a construction working husband. Needless to say, our house gets tracked up easily. We have a ranch style house. The main floor is 2500 sq/ft. Only the bedrooms have carpet. Everything else is vinyl flooring. Before purchasing this, I would vacuum everything then mop and bucket. It was so much work with going back and forth rinsing out the mop and moving chairs back and forth. It was always a big, long chore I was never excited about doing. I have been looking at these machines for a while and wasn't ready to invest. Mostly due to reading reviews about animal hair. I have read a lot that said it doesn't work well for that. I will say with a dog and cat that shed it does work well. I do vacuum the corners were the hair likes to collect in little dust piles first with our cordless vacuum just because I don't want to have issues with it. Thats a quick easy thing for me to do first. Then I used this vacuum and mop around the house. The first time I used it I knew our floors were dirty. It was winter and the kids and dog would track in the salt and dirt from the driveway. So, when the smart function on the machine said the floors were dirty, I would go slow over the floors and the machine goes into turbo mode. I continue over the spot until the light on the top will turn green. This used a lot of the battery because of how dirty my floors were. The battery didn't make it halfway through the house. I was a little disappointed, but I do realize the machine was running hard. I put it on the charger, and it takes a long time to charge up. I did the rest of the house later that day and it worked great. I was so surprised at how well it cleaned the floors. I like the fact that it has a dirty water and clean water tank. That way you're not using the same water to clean the floors and push the same crud around. With our larger area to be cleaned I have to empty the tank out about 5 to 6 times during moping. It's very easy to do. I dump the dirty water tank in the toilet. It has a hair collector/strainer at the top of the tank to collect all the bigger debris that gets in the tank. This is nice to just grab what's on the top and toss it in the trash and dump the rest. When you are finished you run the self-cleaning cycle and dump out the tank. It comes with a bristle brush to clean the tanks out which is really nice. I set them to the side to dry out, so I don't get a mold/musty/stinky tank. I also take the roller off the bottom and set it up right to dry evenly. The base has storage attachments to keep everything together, so nothing gets lost. I find myself moping the floors more often and house is staying cleaner. When I keep up on the moping I can do the whole house on one battery charge. If I wait a while and the floors get really dirty, I do have to stop and recharge the machine up and finish the rest after it's done charging. This works great for my dog and cat hair. I haven't had a problem with clogging or it not picking up the hair. The base just goes by a plug in our locker room out of site from everything and is sturdy. I'm so glad I purchased this, and I use it often. I highly recommend it if you have a large area of flooring that you vacuum and mop. It cuts your time in half.

It's good once you get the hang of it
I bought (specifically) the Floor One S5 Pro 2 so that's what I'm reviewing.Like others, I got it during Black Friday / Cyber Monday and so I waited 9 months to review it so I could put it to good use.Overall, I like it. Not in love with it, but it's good for what I need. For reference, I have all tile / vinyl flooring in my house (2000 sq ft). No kids, two occasional old stray dogs that come in and I feed and they hang with me for a bit before sending them back out into the wild. So nothing too crazy.Cleaning - I think it cleans well. I LOVE the solution (it smells good, very mild, the house smells great afterwards, no streaks, no residue, nothing bothersome).Battery life - I can clean my whole downstairs (about 1000 sq ft maybe?) and the battery drops to maybe 75-80%. I can do upstairs too (approximately another 1000 sq ft) and the battery will drain to about 40-50%. Happy with that. I ONLY run it on Max setting, never anything else. So impressive battery life. Never had an appliance with that kind of battery life.Cleaning - it cleans decent. I really don't care much for the roller, as after a few cleaning cycles, it starts to mat and then seems to struggle a bit with getting up stains on the floor (i.e. sauces, water spots, dog drool, etc). Some stuff (if it's particularly been sitting for a week or more) will take several passes to get up. But again, not mad about it. I'd have to do the same by hand. I wish the roller was a bit more fluffy so it would get into the cracks and crevices of tiles and floor planks, but that's just me. I can see the floors shine in the sunlight when it hits them, so that's good. Solution is legit 100%.I DO however notice that when it hits about 70% of the DWT, it starts to not put out solution anymore. I attribute this to the two metal prongs that sense the water level inside the tank, and as I'm moving it, and it splashes up, it shuts off the injection of the solution as a result (temporarily). To mitigate this, I empty the DWT when it gets about halfway and that fixes it. But I have to pay attention to see if I see any kind of wetness on the floor and then realize that's why.I do use it also on rugs, and it seems to do ok. It got the dog dirt / smells out from what I can tell. I know it's not technically rated for carpet, but I have low pile rugs so it works just fine.I have never paid attention to how long it takes to charge as it always gives me enough charge to do my whole house. The solution lasts awhile (I used up the small bottle that came with it and then the 1L bottle I bought later in 9 months - and that's cleaning between 1X a week to every 2-3 weeks). So glad for that. It doesn't take much. I would love to see a specific antibacterial / antimicrobial cleaning solution but that's negligible.Be SURE you thoroughly rinse the DWT after you use it! Trust me! You'll be like - why does my house smell SO BAD? and then you realize you forgot to rinse it out. But as long as you rinse it out after putting it on the charger - zero issues.Overall, I like it. I don't think I'd buy it unless it was on a really good sale, as there are other manufacturers that have similar products now for less, but it's good.
