The Grippytek magnetic gun mount comes with everything you need to mount it quickly and securely in your vehicle, under a desk or anywhere else you could imagine that self tapping screws will screw into. The mount is covered with a thin rubbery layer to help protect your gun from scratching up against the mount. The kit includes a 3m double sided adhesive to help hold your mount in place while you screw it in with the four provided self tapping screws. *do not permanently mount this product with only the adhesive it is not rated for that type of use only to aid in mounting with screws* the magnet is plenty strong to hold your gun in place without worrying about it being in a different position the next time you reach to draw your gun yet not so strong that it makes it difficult to retrieve your handgun should the need arise. The mount is strong enough to rack the slide back by clipping the sights on its edge if you are one that chooses not to carry your gun with a round chambered. If you are in the market for a magnetic mount I would highly recommend this product.

STRONG!
I dont normally write reviews, but this little guy shocked me. STRONG. I was extremely pleasantly suprised with how strong this magnet is. Holds my full size glock 17 with no issues. I put it on the slide before I mounted it to anything and had a hell of a time getting it off. Wife laughed at me. Not cool. Ordered 2 more for my bedside glocks. 6/5 stars.
