It is exactly what I was looking for.

This has most of the features I was looking for. It has a lot of large pre bent D rings, Swivel harness, lots of room to move. I wanted to make sure it had good secure weight pockets because I have had bad experiences with this. I think these weight pockets will work extremely well. In place of bungee cords, it uses elastic straps but they seem to work just as well. Overall, I am very happy with this.
