You know the really expensive bird catalog feeders with nearly identical look.Ok so this is not an exact copy but a good quality copy at a far better price.Birds love it so that's good enough!

I bought this tube feeder to replace my large tray feeder that I couldn't refill fast enough how much seeds would spill and get eaten on a daily basis. This tube feeder is awesome....the seeds last much longer, less spillage and birds seem to like it. I didn't think it would actually allow 6 birrds to feed at the same time, but sure enough it didn't take long before 5 or 6 started hanging on it. Also, this feeder seems to attract small birds which is what I wanted, and I don't see or hear large birds screeching around my yard.The feeder itself is easy to use, simple top attachment that allows for easy removal and reattachment of the tube without having to take the entire feeder down every time it needs refil. The hanging wire that came with it was a bit longer than I needed as my tree has low hanging branches so I ended up just wrapping it around. One thing to mention is that the tube itself is plastic. It would have been better if this was made from glass, but I still like it regardless.Overall I love this tube feeder. It looks nice and it serves the purpose, and most importantly birds love it.

Opened easily for me filled up quickly, and holds a lot of seed.Seems to be getting a larger variety of birds.

There is nothing squirrel proof. This hangs long and rope can mot be removed. So far so good and is find with wind.

Feeder is very nice quality and birds love it when there is too long of a line at my other, larger feeder.Problem is... they should have designed the lid locking with crafty squirrels in mind. One day I noticed it was gone from the usual spot up on our deck. Found on ground below and thought it was the windy days we had at time. Few weeks later same thing.. feeder gone and lid still hanging on hook. After checking it out (and noticing one of the metal perches broke off after second fall), I decided that it is too easy to spin the feeder off from lid. I grabbed my Dremel and ground in two divots to the lid. Now when I fill it and lock in the lid, the 2 little balls that secure the lid to the feeder base will sit down and those divots and will not accidentally unlatch due to a squirrel rocking it all around/trying to get in to it.Since that modification... have not had a single instance of it coming off. I think this should have been thought of by designers as they advertise "squirrel proof" design.

The bird feeder is all that it says. Attractive, bird friendly. Of course, the bird friendly part is the Most Important part.

Only small birds use this. There is no cardinals using it. I had to purchase a larger on for the cardinals. I had 3 little birds on it the other day, all eating at the same time. Easy to use and refill. No squirrel issues at all. I like the shape and it is easier to know when to refill it since is is clear. Great value, size, and does okay in the rain as well, keeps the seed dry.

This is clearly not squirrel-proof.
