I bought this pen as a graduation gift and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the presentation in its case to the finish of the pen, everything looks elegant and of very good quality. The personalized engraving was beautiful, very fine and well made, which gives it a special and significant touch for such an important occasion. It has a nice weight, soft writing and feels like a truly special gift, not something ordinary. The person who received it was delighted. i like how it has a hefty and premium feeling. it looks attractive and professional. comes with extra pen cartridges underneath as well. i ordered a clear, acrylic pen holder for it and the two look good together.

Searched around for Hours, Amazon, Ebay etc.... $45.00 price point for a Quality Personalized (I ordered the Black Lacquer Finish with Engraving), Ball Point Pen is a good Buy. The Lacquer Finish has a good appearance. The Trim out is in Gold Color as is the Engraving. It is a Nice contrast. I shopped Higher End Pens ie... Montblanc, Waterman, Lamy, Pelikan, Arcis and a few More. Comparing pens in the realm of "apples to apples, this pen compares to Cross Calais. I Purchased as a Gift the Cross Calais. The Cross Calais and Scriveiner are Twist Action, weights are Similar and Both Write Nicely. The Only Distinction between Cross & Scriveiner is that the Cross Operates off of a Skinner Ink Cartridge and it comes with One Cartridge and Spring. The Scriveiner operates off of a Larger (wider) ink Cartridge and there is One Extra Cartridge and Spring Enclosed within the Gift Box. For Both Cross Calais and Scriveiner, The ink cartridges do Not cost much monies. I suppose at this price point Comparing the Two is Branding and or Loyalty. Cross being around over 100 years. Scriveiner started more recently. For the price point, I am Pleased with both pens. When I hit the Lottery, I will Consider a Montblanc/Lamy/Arcis etc...

I adore this pen, but I have bought four of them so far, and I paid for two gift cards with a letter written and it was not attached with the two pens, and this is what makes me sad that the product is great, but the attached and paid services do not come with it.. The pens are very well made. The weight of the pens feel extremely comfortable in my hand. They also write extremely well. No skipping or excessive ink on the paper. The company are truly a very good company. If you have a problem with one of there pens I recommend you speak with there customer service representatives. They will make it right. The company believes in keeping the customer happy and they stand behind there products. Which in today’s market not to many companies do that. These are not cheap knock off pens, these are original very well made pens. I assure you, you can’t go wrong with a scriveiner pen. I truly love using them. They show a sophistication when you have and use a scriveiner pen.

Bought this as a gift for my sister. It is a beautiful pen with a refill included. The green color I purchased is really nice and her favorite color. It’s great that it comes in several colors. It’s a substantial pen but the weight isn’t overly heavy. I haven’t used it as it was a gift but I’m sure it will perform well as previous reviews have said .
