This machine cuts jump stitches!!!
This is my review I posted to their FaceBook page....I highly recommend you join that group. They have very helpful people from the company as well as group members. The EOC06 is worth the extra price from the EOC05. A bigger hoop is a must! The other extras on the 06 are good as well....My machine came Tuesday, bought off Amazon. I opened it up Wednesday, and after reviewing the directions, set it up and started having fun. It did a great job. A couple notes...1 - change out the bobbin, it came with sewing thread on it instead of embroidery bobbin thread.2 - Do not choose the same color in adjoining steps, lol, it does not stop stitching, cuts the thread and starts stitching the next step. That was interesting to find out while I was doing an applique part.3 - changed jump stitch cuts to 5, cuts almost every one now.4 - I can get the threader to work, but it will only grab one of the two strands of the embroidery thread causing a mess. (embroidery thread is 2 strands twisted together, if that makes sense) so I just use a hand threader for now.5 - I use a single spool thread stand I have for my sewing machine, it does great with this one also. This is a wonderful machine. I'm really glad I stumbled across it. I almost didn't buy it because I couldn't find where it cut jump stitches, and I wonder how many other people pass it by for that reason. The company really should mention that in the listings, a great feature to have. I hope they will add it. I wouldn't buy a machine that doesn't cut them, been there-doing that on an older machine...lolWish list...it would be nice if the embroidery foot height was adjustable for when you have thicker items and could use a little more space. Doesn't hurt to wish, right....So here are my first projects.1. My testing with the letter I on the machine for bobbin tension...it was good!2. My testing for thickness with a coloring doll. I think I'll keep using my other machine as the foot adjusts and gives it a little more room. The stitch out was still good though.3. My testing for applique, again, just pick different colors of thread on the machine screen so the machine will stop when it is suppose to.Great machine Poolin!!! Looking forward to using it alot!

Take a chance on this machine and youāll be thanking yourself later š
The media could not be loaded. When I was deciding whether or not to get this embroidery machine, it seemed like it was too good to be true. 140mm x 140mm, 200mm x200mm, and 280mm x 200mm embroidery hoops for this price made me feel like there was bound to be some sort of catch 22ā¦I closed my eyes and clicked ācomplete purchaseā with the EOC06 in my shopping cart and waited 4 days to find out if I had just wasted my money or not.On initial use, I was a lil disappointed by the basic visual interface, and the auto-threading wasnāt working right out of the box. So I was feeling pretty sorry for myself. Before I issued a return or anything, I said screw it and contacted the support team (like every other review mentioned were āamazingā) expecting to never hear anything back.I applied to join the Facebook group, and the next day I was approved⦠I was also met with friend requests from several of Poolinās support team. I sent a message to a member of the support team and then continued about my day. After two days I remembered to check for a response, and I was shocked to find out that I was actually the one who was taking their sweet time.I had received a response to my initial message less than an hour after I had sent it⦠I just never saw my notifications (I hardly use Facebook nor Messenger).I told them my situation and I was back to embroidering like advertised within the hour. That was just my first experience with Poolinās support team. Each time, I have been provided guidance on how to troubleshoot and resolve the issue I was having.Be advised, this machine isnāt perfect. But neither was my Brother embroidery machine⦠and I never spoke to Brotherās support team :/If you are willing to put up with the first few growing pains and novice-level tinkering (loosening & tightening a few screws lol) then this machine will exceed every expectation you could have if youāre willing to put in even the most minimal effort. Also, back to the ābasic visual interfaceā I mentioned.. I didnāt realize that there are updates that are released with relative frequency that actually overhaul the entire display and interface⦠do yourself a favor and DOWNLOAD the most recent UPDATE from the Institch.com webpage (go to āReleasesā and find your model - EOC06) and put it on a flash drive and update your machine. Prior to updating, I was bummed out the machine didnāt appear to have wireless connection capabilities, but the update actually opens the function to you on your machine once itās done.It makes the Cloud file transfer a possibility and is just a wonderful feature. The max speed on this thing is 860 stitches per minute, which compared to my Brother machineās measly 460spm, is staggeringly fast. The only MILD drawback is that the increased speed = slightly louder operation noise. So if you donāt mind that, then itās an entire positive addition.Special thanks to the support team members Kane and Kevin who helped me out in dang near record time.I give the Poolin EOC06 a rating of:9/10 embroidered stars

Time brings confidence
I REALLY like my machine! The big touchscreen is fantastic! It's easy to thread. The table is big. The thread it comes with is really nice. The whole machine is solid- well built.I also REALLY like the customer service help I've received! Kevin is a blessing. I'd be lost without his expertise. He's helped me so much & I am truly grateful! He even works weekends. Thank you, Kevin, very much!A couple of suggestions for people looking to buy this machine: *Take time to learn how to use it, tension settings, stabilizer types (purchase some cut-away, as the machine only comes with tear-away) & material types. It will save you from extreme frustration! *Watch YouTube videos; you'll learn a lot. *Practice easy designs first. *If you buy DST or DSB designs, check the reviews with pictures first so you know they look good. *Know that some clunking sounds will happen & are ok; it doesn't always mean there's a thread issue (sometimes but not always). *Not all thread is the same. The ones that are more cottony will create more dust & thread residue. Choose carefully. *Customer service is in China. China time is 13 hours ahead of CST. *Turn off the buzzer in preferences or you'll drive yourself & everyone around you bonkers. *Plan plenty of time to make a project. 26k stitches takes over 2 hours @ 400 speed. * Have fun!
