Excellent Integration with Home Assistant, Minor Interference Issues
I set this up with Home Assistant and zigbee2mqtt to control two Zigbee-based outlet switches for my office lamps. It works exceptionally well. You can even set a threshold in the device to determine how long it remains active between detections, which is a useful feature. The integration with zigbee2mqtt is seamless and exactly as expected—this is actually a significant advantage that may not be immediately obvious. It also works flawlessly with Home Assistant Automations. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that it occasionally experiences interference from my 5 GHz Wi-Fi network. This is likely partially my fault, as my high-powered Ubiquiti AP is located just 3 feet above the device. I suspect it uses the 6 GHz band for its radar functions, which might be close enough in frequency to the 5 GHz Wi-Fi signals to cause interference.Overall, it’s a reliable and well-designed product that meets my needs, with only minor drawbacks that are likely due to environmental factors.

Zigbee connection Works Fine, but Stuck on Constant Detection
I used the SONOFF SNZB-06P with Home Assistant. The Zigbee connection was solid and paired easily, but the sensor kept getting stuck in a constant “detected” state even when the room was empty. It took a lot of tweaking and trial-and-error to get it working reliably. Once it stabilized, it was usable for basic presence detection, but the initial behavior was frustrating. Decent hardware, but the firmware or sensitivity needs improvement.

it works.. no longer!
Update (Mar 2025):No longer works. Enrolled all my hubs for the driver multiple time and chose the Sonoff driver for the sensor. Completely erratic and unreliable.. not sure what happened.I have been looking for a radar based presence sensor that works with SmartThings and finally found one. Just have to install the easily available edge driver and works great. Love it. Will surely buy some more of these

It's fine. Works with Home Assistant.
I would give this device a solid "Good Enough". It's getting the job done and I'm overall satisfied.I'm using this with Home Assistant and Zigbee2Mqtt. No issues there. All the functionality is fully supported. Response time is quick. One important thing to note is that unlike some other mmwave devices, this one will not tell you distance or size or number of objects. It's really just a binary presence sensor. It's pretty good at that, but if you need fall detection you will not get it here. You can adjust the sensitivity, but it's just 3 different levels (low, medium, high).I have a few complaints, but none of them deal breakers. At first I thought the magnetic mount was a great idea. In theory it allows you to point it in any direction and it seems to hold pretty strong. But once you plug in the power cable it pulls the device in different directions and limits the full range of motion. I ended up squeezing the device into a little gap on a shelf so it would stay pointed the direction I want.I had trouble with some of the locations I tried. One thing I really wanted to try was putting it under my desk pointed toward my chair so I could avoid any detection from the rest of the room. I was getting a ton of false positives though. I'm not sure if it was electrical interference or what. Moving it away from the desk has made it much more reliable.

Drops connection
Lost connection to zigbee hub MULITPLE times. Using through home assistant, and it worked perfectly the first week or two, and then it started dropping .. OFTEN. I need a presence sensor but unsure what to get now. Went back to standard motion sensor for now

No Smartthings support
Claims to work with smartthings with an edge driver in their advertising material. Installed their edge driver, extremely buggy and not usable. Does not work with Smartthings out of the box or with the company's edge driver. Returning all of them.

Works with HA ZHA & no ghosting
Works with Home Assistant ZHA well. Using it in a small bathroom. Mounted it about 7’ up with a slight tilt down.No false signals from shower curtain or random location of bathroom door. Use FP2 in other rooms but it kept ghosting in the bathroom.
