Sounds great but sticks out in my setup
The media could not be loaded. Fitted this to aftermarket titanium pipes which are bolted to an MT-07. The long tube headers with the collector installed are murderously loud. I actually flinched when I started the bike. I decided not to run the bike until I got a muffler installed, which is where this muffler came in. It was a direct slip on without any hassle. The reducer adapter was already inserted so I took that out without a problem. I even managed to fit the springs over the attach points without any tools, though one side was a bit loose and didn't apply any spring tension. Inside the box there are 2 tabs that you can weld on in case you need 2 more attach points. Very thoughtful! The video speaks for itself. In my specific case, my collector spits out the at an angle and any aftermarket slip on muffler would end up pointing outwards. It will definitely scrape on the next lean. Luckily, for the price paid, I won't shed any tears if it gets scraped up. I MIGHT raise a brow when a new hole shows up and gets super loud.I got a 14dB reduction in sound by adding the muffler to the end of the straight pipe. Works for me.

Best Sound Kawasaki Ninja 500
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this slip on exhaust over the Leo Vance and yoshimura for both price and sound. All the other slip on for the 2025 ninja 500 are too loud in my opinion. I leave early for work and do not want my neighbors to hate me so wanted something deep and not obnoxious and raspy like the full Yoshi system. This did it for me. I had to buy the mid pipe adapter separately on here for $27 to make it bolt on but it did. There are some small exhaust leaks around both joints of the mid pipe adapter but minor I’m going to leave it alone. Also no gaskets were used (or supplied) so I expected the leaks. Only found out by passing my fingers around the joints at idle and I felt little puffs of exhaust air at both connections. If I cared enough I could take it apart and use the original gasket if I could get it out and some type of sealant but I’m not sure if it’s worth all that. Highly recommend!

Fits 2006 sportsman 500 KINDA
The media could not be loaded. First off there is ZERO muffling on this pipe. So if your looking for something quiet this is not the thing you are looking for. 2nds of all this fits my sportsman 500 with one small custome bracket. if it weren't for how handy/mechanically inclined i was then it would have worked. but other then that it is awesome. the mount and springs work great! held up to some pretty knarly thrashing. the quality is A+. So for 48 bucks its exactly what I want.

Nice tone.
Just enough volume with a good tone. Perfect fit and easy to install.

VERY GOOD AND BIG
You will need a 1’-3/4’ adapter but it is bigger than I thought and sounds better then I thought very good metal and welded nice

loud
does not quiet things down much ..more like a glass pack ... my mufflers were blown out and loud these made it louder but after packing with some drill shavings and cleaning pads they were acceptable for noise and look good ..installed on arctic 400 atv ...very versatile..worth the money if u r handy that way

Body Connection Leak Disappointment
Good: Delivered in perfect shape. Looks great. Installed on an XR600R. Used a 2" OD to 1-3/4" ID reducer and selant. No leaks in the connections. Much quieter than the Supertrapp that was previously on the bike. Good flow, engine seems like it can breathe, to the point where the carb may need to be adjusted (which can be expected with a new exhaust configuration).Bad: The unit leaks from several points between the stainless ends and sheet metal body at the riveted connections. Options at this point are to remove and return or leave in-place and apply selant at the joints. As the unit is already installed, not going to remove and will apply selant.Recommendation to fabricator: Would be worth the small cost of applying selant at connection joints during fabrication to ensure a sealed unit.
