Nice set of racks for baking or food prep. I use these for food prep, mainly for fish and chicken. They are sturdy and easy to clean.

I used one of these to hang my dangle earrings on. I spray painted it and attached to my wall. Now I’m organized and can find them. This rack fits 40 pair earrings. So easy to just hang over the wire with the backing on the earring. The other rack I use for baking.

Don't know how much these racks would actually cool since they are around a half inch tall. I had visions of my counter being heated by a pan just coming out of the oven. I have some stainless shelves laying around that I believe would do a better job of cooling a cookie sheet or pizza pan.

I've been using these for dry-rubbed broiled wings in the range. On top of a baking pan to catch the dripping. Been working out well.

Use often for different things that need cooling like Homeade pizzas, breads, etc. use regularly. I limit washing them because I don’t want to ruin them. Just gentle rinses. So I can’t speak about them holding up to rough washing or dishwashers. I am glad I got a set of two- very handle if you bake and roast a lot.
