Working great so far with 49 inch ultrawide
I’ve had it for a little over a week and the arm has been working great so far. I have one gripe that I ordered a new arm and the package had clearly been opened before and I’m guessing someone tried installing it but then returned it. I do prefer buying use in most cases (and would have in this case but there weren’t any used options) so I’m not against it. I wish they were more upfront about what constitutes “new”.I’m using it with a 49 inch ultra wide that’s listed at 14.4 kg/31.7 lbs. it holds the weight just fine and was as easy as could be expected to get the monitor set in the right position (it’s a huge/wide monitor, so it’s takes a little time to get 3d positioning and tilt perfect).I think folks who say it can’t support bigger monitors in the review aren’t adjusting the tension correctly because it needs to be adjusted out of the box for your monitor’s weight. All in all, working great so far and one of the cheapest on Amazon, so great value.

Love it!
I purchased for use with the SAMSUNG 49" Odyssey QD-OLED G9 (G95SC) Series Curved Smart Gaming MonitorThe adapter I used: HumanCentric VESA Mount Adapter Compatible with Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 Monitors (the "Wall Mount" cup style adapters provided with the SAMSUNG 49" Odyssey OLEDs will work, but they are very thin with minimal threads. Note: for whichever Adapter you use, I recommend removing the back plastic bezel cover and running a 3/16" drill bit through the existing holes. The holes in the bezel are too small and don't line up with the threaded holes in the monitor perfectly without expanding them a hair.Very easy to assemble, and I love that you don't have to struggle to feed cables through the arm because the cable covers slide towards the monitor end, and pop off. Just place all your cables in the cover, push the cover up into the slot, and slide back towards the base.

Strong arm for heavy monitors
This is a good monitor arm. I am using it to hold up a LG 45 inch ultra wide. No issues after you get the tension dialed in the way you want it. Just remember when these arms you have to leave room in the back to move them because of the elbow.

Second one is sturdy, first one was droopy
This monitor arm is very sturdy - very well built. I'm using it to hold up an MSI 49" OLED (491CQP). The monitor is under 23lbs, so with the arm supporting up to 44lbs it should be a cake walk to hold the monitor up. But that wasn't necessarily the case. The arm would droop and not hold the monitor at a specific height. It wouldn't droop to where the monitor would touch the desk, but it couldn't hold the monitor up if the main arm was horizontal.I submitted for a return and ordered a new one, and the second one I ordered holds the monitor up without a problem. So I'm giving it 4 stars because I feel like the quality control may be off a bit, and I'm also slightly concerned what is going to happen over time. We'll see!

Works for samsung 49" ultra wide.
I made myself a new desk and I knew that I wanted to get my samsung 49" monitor off of the stand that it comes with. I wanted the slick look of a single point mount with minimal contact surface with my desk. After looking around, the one that everyone suggest to use for this monitor cost a LOT! Like between $300 - $400. Thinking that was ridiculous, I started to look and read reviews here on amazon. This one fit my needs esthetically but the price point made me think it was not going to be a quality product because it was well under $100 at the time I purchased it. I figured with free returns I could at least take a look at it. Well.... the quality is outstanding and it's more than capable of holding this beast of a monitor up and I didn't have to crank anything down to max or over tighten anything to get it to stay put. I move / adjust it to where I want and it stays in place.Now..... where the monitor attaches to the stand is NOT out of the box ready to go. I knew this going into it. I wanted it to look as integrated / factory as possible and not look like the monitor stand is obviously aftermarket. What you have to do to accomplish this is use parts of both the existing mount and the mount that comes with the stand. I had to drill 1 hole larger and use a lower profile nut and bolt I had extra laying around to get it done. If you are not at least a little bit handy I wouldn't attempt it. If you are its pretty straight forward what you need to do when you have both pieces in front of you and are looking at them. I know my photo is kind of dark but you can see the integration looks seamless. This was important to me because the back of my monitor faces the rest of the room. If yours faces the wall you might not care to do it like I did as nobody will see it. Overall I'm very happy with the stand.

False Advertising and Terrible Service
Do NOT buy this monitor arm. I had to buy this twice with the second one failing to hold the monitor after two months. If you have anything above 13 pounds. It will not hold. My Alienware AW3423DWF 34-inch is said 13 pounds and the arm cannot handle it. On another note to this situation, I was lied to by the seller that they would send me a brand new one in order to make things right…to which I was asked for an address so I gave my address and almost two weeks went by without anything said. I then contacted amazon’s customer service to which they told me they (Amazon) was being told they cannot send or do anything. You could tell Amazon that but not the buyer? Right. Anyways, Amazon made it right on their end which was very appreciated.
