Essential Trace Mineral Support
After searching for a reliable copper supplement, I decided to try the Nutricost Copper Glycinate Capsules, featuring 120 capsules with 3mg of copper per serving. Here’s my detailed evaluation: Effectiveness and Health Benefits: Copper is a crucial trace mineral that plays an essential role in numerous bodily functions, including iron metabolism, the formation of red blood cells, and maintaining nerve cells and the immune system. After a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed an improvement in my overall energy levels, which may be attributed to better iron absorption and red blood cell production facilitated by adequate copper intake. Quality and Safety: Nutricost is known for its commitment to quality, and these copper glycinate capsules are no exception. They are non-GMO and vegan, catering to a broad range of dietary preferences and needs. Copper glycinate is a chelated form of copper, which is generally considered more bioavailable and easier on the stomach than other forms. Dosage and Packaging: Each serving (1 capsule) provides 3mg of copper, which aligns well with the recommended dietary allowances for adults, which range from 0.9mg to 10mg per day, depending on various factors. The bottle comes securely sealed and includes sufficient information on dosage and ingredients. Ease of Use: The capsules are easy to swallow and do not have any noticeable aftertaste, which is a significant plus for those who may have difficulty with larger or coated pills. Value for Money: Priced reasonably, the bottle offers a four-month supply (if taken daily as recommended), making this a cost-effective option compared to other copper supplements on the market. Possible Improvements: While I am satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of the supplement, I would appreciate more detailed information on the sourcing of the ingredients to ensure they meet the highest standards of environmental and ethical responsibility.

Trusted Brand
I’ve been taking these for over a year and definitely notice a positive effect on my immune system and even how quickly small cuts heal. The quality is consistent and I trust this brand more than others I’ve tried. One tip is to make sure you research and balance vitamin K and copper dosing while taking these. Overall, great product from a company I consider the best out there.

Nutricost tests all their products!
* Update * - Make sure you actually need this amount. You may be defienct and require extra in the diet though, possibly more then this Usually you want to have 2mg Copper daily with 15mg Zinc. Take in consideration of what foods you already eat that contain both. Many supplements contain just Zinc without copper, I have no idea why they do that. You need to have a balance or you will have issues. Make sure to research what I am saying if you are unsure, takes a few minutes. Debating/researching what brand to buy? I did the same for many, many days on supplements. Read below! I love that Nutricost tests all their products. You can literally contact them, with the LOT# on the bottle and they will send you test results. Why is that important? Many companies for one do not provide tests results if asked, you will usually get ignored or receive a generic response. It is also important because a lot of supplements can have heavy metals/contaminates in them and there is no warning of this. An example would be, almost all Ceylon Cinnamon across the world will have some type of contaimenants no matter what. I purchased some from Nutricost, contacted them about what tests have been done, they asked for the LOT# on the bottle and I received the test results the next day. The tests showed all levels of contaimenants were VERY low / in the range we're the body will not be effected. Many spices have contaimenants so keep that in mind! We tend to cook with them and have no idea. Make sure to look up Third Party Spice test results, you will find a few lists of which brands are okay to buy. One of the very few Supplement Companies I trust! BUY NOW! :)
