Brought this item for my class — students love it! I can easily give them a nice grade through the Bluetooth app. Just an FYI: if your mannequin’s Bluetooth isn’t connecting, 95% of the time the problem is low batteries.

I bought the manikin in Feb, 2024. Now the ear pin dropped off. How do I claim warranty for the defective part

This product descriptions fails to mention that you must buy additional parts in order to use lungs with Bluetooth function. The part is not included. Very disappointed, otherwise it would be a very nice product.
