Terrible product – complete waste of moneyReceived the worst product ever.The portable charger doesn’t work at all – it won’t charge my phone or any other device. There’s no option to return or replace it, which makes it even more frustrating. I’ve basically lost my money with no way to fix the issue. Extremely disappointed!

Please understand that I will almost never ever use this portable bank out of my house. It's mostly used indoors so I am near a power charging point at all times if this was to run out of battery. Let me tell you that it looks pretty good, its durable. It comes with a case and a manual that I hurriedly got rid of. It has dual output though I have not tested that as I will be happy if it charges one item at one time. To charge this I use a standard usb c cable which I use for my s20. I also have an iPhone 11 pro max.I just performed a fast charging test with a lighting to usb c original apple cable. Basically it charged the phone from 32% to 70% in 30 minutes. The phone was on but the screen was off in this time. This to me is pretty good as you can gain about 70-80% in one hour and I am totally ok with this feat.It has both usb c input and output.This also has lights along the side. Over the years I have purchased very few portable chargers and they have almost always lasted me a very very long time. I trust Amrbane because my fiest portable charger was Ambrane. It lasted 5+ years.To be frank - even if this lasts me just 365 days, I will be ok with it.At this price, I am not expecting a lot.Does it charge my Macbook pro 2020 m1? Yes.Drawbacks? Like other reviews have said, I am not sure if the back up is really 10,000 MAH. It could be 6-7000 types but I am ok with it. It is not a deal breaker for me as I am always surrounded by chargers. That's just how I operate.Overall 5 stars.**UPDATE AFTER ALMOST 3 WEEKS**The good is it charges fast.The bad is that it does not hold a charge very long.Overall still 5 stars as it is a convenient device.I can make it better by buying another one of these as they are super convenient.Charges my macbook from 20 to 60 while in use. So that's good enough for me.

However, its short lifespan is disappointing. If you prioritize longevity, you may want to explore other options before making your purchase decision.
