Comfortable brace that stays put.
This is a comfortable knee brace. It does not totally immobilize your bend but helps to restrict the bend. It doesn’t slip with normal walking activity. I don’t run with it so idk about running. Inside the brace, It has two areas on the upper inner and outer thigh where there is a nonslip rubber like material that is up against your skin. This would be great but my skin is sensitive to it so I had to cover it with something so it’s not up against my bare skin. If you’re sensitive to latex or elastic you might want to be aware of this. Otherwise it’s a good brace for what I need it to do.

Best Knee Brace
This brace is crafted from premium materials, which delivers outstanding support that instills confidence with every step. Its hinged design promotes natural movement while safeguarding the joint—an impressive blend of flexibility and protection. Thoughtful features like adjustable straps and targeted compression zones add to its versatility, making it an ideal choice for both pre-op and post-op.

Possibly best brace for $$, but plus sizers consider the pros and cons
My experience with this brace is mixed. On one hand, it’s made really well. The velcro holds wherever you place it and the use is easy to figure out. On the other hand, I do agree with the reviews of plus size individuals in that when you get a size that fits your upper thigh, it’s loose around the knee area. I’m 5’2, 285lbs so I got a 4X to start with. Thought it was too big so then got a 3X. Wore that one for a few days, but it slid down a lot because the upper thigh area wasn’t big enough even if I adjusted the straps loosely. Today am trying out the 4X again, thinking that maybe the looseness around the knee won’t affect the overall effectiveness of the brace. I can say that the customer service is amazing—they didn’t make me return the 4X and refunded me the $$ for it, allowing me to get the 3X. It does alleviate most of my osteoarthritis pain when it’s on my leg properly, so considering all the choices in this same price range, I feel this is probably the best one. Gave only 4 stars because of the obvious need for redesign in sizing from top of thigh to bottom of brace, but recognizing we all are different sizes. Hope this helps:)

The sizes run small so order accordingly!
First thing you need to know about these knee support braces: The sizes run small. I read the reviews and some said they're too large while others said too small. I measured my leg as per the picture. Six inches above my kneecap I measured the circumference of my thigh. It was 16" so since the lowest length listed was 17" I ordered a small. I'm not an overly muscular guy, I'm not obese, but I am six foot tall. And the S size brace was much much too small. I could barely pull it on my leg. So I sent it back and ordered the M. This was also too small and too tight so I sent it back as well. Finally I ordered an L and this one fit. Amazon accepted my two returns without any problems. But the measuring specs for these braces definitely run too small. Other than that the brace is very well made. It doesn't open, it slides on like a sock. There's two loops on either side of the top to put your fingers into to help pull it on. There are two Velcro straps each for the top and bottom but these only need to be set once. After that there's just two main straps that you need to tighten and loosen and the brace just slides on and off. Much easier than the kind that you wrap around your leg and then close with Velcro. The material is very breathable and comfortable and it provides good support for your knee. Overall a high quality knee brace.

Probably okay but order size up
The brace seems very stable and would Work except it is VERY uncomfortable. I measured my leg several times to make certain. I got it right but when the brace arrived it was way too tight and I could barely get it on. It was really hot that day and when I tried to remove it, it stuck and was horrible getting it off. However, it seemed like it would be great if the size was correct so I ordered the next size up. It was easier to get on but still uncomfortable and I could not keep it on more than two hours. I would like it better if it opened fully and did not pull on so that it could be loosened A bit when needed. It seems very well made but I just can't wear it and went back to my old one. I tore my meniscus a drive couple of weeks ago but I have to work and I am on my feet a lot. I wanted something more stable and I think this would have been perfect if it was more adjustable. I have no issue with the price or the quality but the fit could be better and they may want to adjust their sizing chart.
