The liner pads are great.Are very easy to peel and also after long use the adhesive on the back still sticks as the first time.I didn't feel uncomfortable wearing them and barely noticed that were there.It does help with the hat and also the shirt size M or L. Bought for my boyfriend's caps. They're OK but size could be better(bigger). The glue isn't very sticky so if you're not careful, you end up looking like you have a sanitary pad coming out of the hat!
