This magnesium complex is excellent. In addition to being a complex, it is also organic and reasonably priced. My husband was having trouble sleeping, but since he started taking this complex, he has not only gained enough energy for the day but also enjoys better sleep at night. Recommended

I have been using Sapling's Algae Calcium and Vegan Omega-3 for some time now and, therefore, I am familiar with this brand's high quality plant-based products. It is my understanding that many people are deficient in magnesium. It is also my understanding that, ideally, magnesium should be taken away from calcium. I have been looking for a good magnesium supplement for a while now, so I was very interested to try Sapling's Magnesium Complex and, based on my experience with this brand, I had high expectations. Once again, Sapling does not disappoint.The capsules are fresh, are easy to swallow and do not cause me any sort of stomach upset whatsoever. Although many supplement formulas promise calmness and relaxation, I believe this magnesium formulation from Sapling actually delivers on that promise. As a caregiver to three seniors, I'm under a lot of constant stress and prone to anxiety. The media could not be loaded. I was giving it a try to see if it actually did work, as it has more than one type of magnesium in it. I take this supplement to help fall asleep as well as for muscle aches. (It states it has both kinds as well as another I believe.)I have taken them for nearly a week now, at bedtime, of course and within an hour I’m feeling very sleepy.I’m also not getting muscle cramps or Charlie horses anymore, but I am still having issues with sore muscles. Not sure if anything will help with that as I’ve had this issue since I was a child, it’s just getting more noticeable again.
