Plugable USB 3.0 Universal Docking Station for Windows, macOS, ChromeOS (Dual HDMI Monitors or DVI/VGA, Gigabit Ethernet, Audio, 6 USB Ports)

Good and inexpensive laptop docking station. Works very well, tried with both usb-c and usb 3.0 laptops . Easy to setup and use.

Initial impression: very good! First, the Quick Start Guide is well written and clear. It has multiple languages and the English is very clear. The needed driver is easy to find and installed on a Win 11 laptop without a hitch. No further configuration was needed; it was plug-and-play after that!I used the wired Ethernet port and immediately had a gigabit connection. I ran a Speed Test and got 580 Mb/s down and 22.1 Mb/s up. (I'm only paying for 400Mb service!) I attached the mouse to the Plugable UD-3900H and saw no latency. I connected two displays and had 3 desktops running simultaneously and all smooth (native laptop display, large screen TV via HDMI and another desktop monitor via HDMI (using the supplied DVI to HDMI convertor).This will be used at church for multimedia displays on Sunday. I will report on the analog audio then. I saw some reviews that had device failures after a few months. I will post again when we have some use on the Plugable dock.

Works amazing! I had an issue with one of the monitor adapters that came with the dock. The screen that was attached to the DVI to HDMI adaptor was flickering and I confirmed the problem was the adaptor by connecting a different monitor. Contacted Pluggable by email and they sent out a replacement adapter (actually they sent 2!) right away and it works perfectly now. They were quick to respond and quick to send the replacement. Would highly recommend this dock if you need multiple monitors and don’t have the USB-C display port on your laptop.

Be warned this has bright blue led that are on even if the laptop is off. It has an external power supply.Blue or white led interfere with human sleep. I had to build a "cave" to put it into, because it is in my bedroom. It has blue led on both the front and back. All the interfaces work, but did have to download a device driver. I now have a 3 display computer (laptop display + 2 HDMI displays)

Just bought a Plugable 3900H docking station. I stuggled for 2 weeks trying to buy and install the right Thunderbolt dock, only to find out that my laptop (Pavilion) is not compatible.First, the pre-purchase technical support that I got (from Sam) at Plugable was prompt, thorough, and accurate. He understood what equipment I have and what I was trying to do. Then he recommended the right product, which I ordered and received in 1 day - at a very fair price. The installation instructions and the downloads were clear and doable, even for me. The system now works exactly as I had hoped.

Worked with all of my devices, dvi-> VGA, bought a hdmi->dvi adapter, so I have three monitors, including my laptop. Have to download a displayport driver, but that was easy. There was already one on the laptop, so I don't even know if it was necessary.

Device was working great and then suddenly stopped working. Pluggable was quick to diagnose and resolve the issue. Communicating with customer service was easy, they were friendly, prompt and fixed the problem without any hesitation. Their customer service was wonderful and is the reason I will buy all future devices from them. They have shown that they were a great company who cares about their products and their customers. Device itself is fantastic and does exactly what it is advertised to do. Also super easy set up.

I am thrilled with this. My HP laptop wouldn't work HPs universal docking station. HP customer support told me three screens wasn't possible with my laptop. They tried to sell me a different laptop. This docking station worked perfectly.
