Perfect bowl shell
Worked perfectly, used the large burrito wrap and it came out perfect. I put wrap on the inside of mold, next time Iโm gonna flip and lay over outside. Glad I bought these, easy to use and clean

Great for custom tortillas bowls
I'm trying to watch my health, and it's a bit difficult to find food that is affordable and healthier. I started on a low carb diet and I haven't been able to find any low carb taco shells. I bought this item specifically to use with low carb tortillas. There weren't any instructions with it, but I did a bit of online research. For this bowl, you use a 10-12'' tortilla. It's very simple to use. Be sure to wash with soap and water before use. I microwaved my low carb tortillas for about 15 seconds to make it pliable, and brushed oil on both sides. I baked the tortillas in the bowl for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. The tortillas didn't stick to the bowl and came out perfectly. They were crispy and not too dry. It was very easy to clean as well. When the pans cooled off, I wiped them off with a few paper towels. Even if you're not on a low carb diet, this bowl is perfect for making custom taco shell bowls. For example, they don't have flavored taco salad bowls at the grocery store. With this, you can use tomato or spinach flavored tortillas to make bowls. I would definitely recommend these to anyone that wanted to make their own taco salad shells.
