Great taste and energetic product

Guys literally my favourite electrolytes. I have tried so many but always become nauseous due to the salt and taste however, these are literally perfect. There is literally no salty taste just tastes like a nice kids drink I would buy. Has saved me and provides me enough energy for the day and tastes sweet enough yet has no sugar. Literally couldn't recommend it more. They are also such a good price compared to others. Literally my dream product. Never stop selling these.

Rated 4 star because in every pack I have purchased - there is at least one sachet that is spoilt ( the powder has crystallised) and the seller doesn’t respond to feedback. Nevertheless will continue to refill as I like the taste and it helps me consume adequate water

Finally an electrolyte that doesn't taste bitty or leave that gross powdery taste. Humantra has become a firm staple in our house, for both the kids and parents. No more mid-afternoon crashing and a great way to kick off the day. Prior to using Humantra I used the electrolyte tablets but hated the fizziness of them as well as the powdery feel when drinking them, no such issues with Humantra as it mixes brilliantly. Tastes great too with some awesome flavours.

A great supplement for daily use. I don’t drink much water and this makes it count when I do.

The flavours are amazing. Gives the extra boost when required. Dissolve really quick in water and can drink it pretty quick. Great for taking to hot countries to stay hydrated.

Love these, really feel they’ve made a difference to me in terms of hydration and the apricot flavour is my favourite it’s really drinkable! I can see a difference in my energy level when I drink them regularly vs when I don’t, so I do think for me they have been very effective. I like that they are single sachets it makes them really easy to use and they dissolve easily in water with a quick mix up or shake. Highly recommend trying and suggest giving it a month or two to evaluate the differences in how you feel in general as I noticed over time a general increase in how I felt!

I expected another tasteless salty water but was so surprised as how good these taste. They actually have flavour and are not too salty. I've been suffering from leg and foot cramps for years now and have tried many things. I've tried a few electrolytes and supplements but the cramps were still there even if less severe. I expected these to have the same mild benefit only but last night I had a leg and foot cramp free sleep. I actually got a full 8 hour sleep without waking to pain. I hope that continues. These must have the right balance of electrolytes. I found that 750ml is the best amout of water to mix one sachet in for my personal taste buds. I did not need to add juice to hide the taste and really enjoyed drinking it.

Brought these as I was doing an exhibition event all day and knew I'd be talking alot and on my feet. The lychee flavour is so good. And you can make it as strong or light as you want.
