I have problems of this mobile charge will be finished very fast,notification wake up screen not working and sometimes getting hanging ECT Can possible to fix or change

So far the device is good.
During my use, I noticed two things: first, an intermediate hang when the device is exposed to heat. The second thing is that it charges slowly compared to my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Note that I use the original Apple charger.

REFURBISHED IPHONE14 pro max
I know it was a refurbished item but as soon as I turned the phone on it started heating up and the camera glass was also broken. They should mention the quality as (average) not excellent. And the amount I paid is I think it’s way too much for the product I received.

Rubish not refurbished iphone
The camera when on panoramic is blinking on .1 and some cracks on the lcd and can not use lock screen for wallpaper change. i want to replace it but it take long time. Camera flash is not working also.you give me rubish iphone
