I have been using this product for over a year and regularily swim each week. I have also just returned from my holiday in Corfu where I swam every day and also did two SCUBA dives to 20 metres and 34 metres, I have had no problems with my ears since using this product. I DO wash my ears out with fresh water after swimming in the sea bit apart from that I take no other precautions.
