Shocking 🙄put batteries 🔋 in it lit 🔥 up then when I pressed the button it no longer works it lasted for 10 minutes,I would like a full refund

Great item.
Great team. Really helps my son relax and if he wake up he just pushes it back on. Have had it for years and even I find it relaxing and great as part of a bedroom routine for children.
