Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve been using red light therapy for years. I have EDS, a connective tissue disorder, so I have frequent problems and joint degeneration. Red light therapy has helped tennis elbow, tendonitis, botched surgery healing, and to put off an inevitable knee replacement. RLT has been holding it off for 4 yrs now. If I stop using RLT, my knee will start hurting so much I have to put on a knee brace to be able to walk with more comfort. After a few days of using it, I can walk without the knee brace. I bought this unit recently because I got sick of holding the portable unit that I had and liked that this one is able to just Velcro on a body part. I frequently just put it on my knee, set the timer for 30 minutes when I go to sleep. It shuts off without fail. You can set it in increments of 5 minutes up to 30. It gets slightly warm which feels nice. I recently have started using it on my 16.5 year-old pitbull. She is getting very wobbly on her feet, as well as her back legs are starting to fail her and she falls occasionally. I’m hoping this will slow the progression of her legs failing her. She did seem to get up out of bed a bit easier this morning, but she may just be having a good day. I highly recommend red light therapy to everyone who is having pain. I’ve been using this red light therapy device for a few weeks now, mainly for joint pain and skin health. I noticed reduced inflammation and my skin looks noticeably clearer and smoother. It’s lightweight, easy to hold, and the auto shut-off feature is a nice bonus. Definitely worth the investment if you're looking for a non-invasive way to support recovery and wellness at home.

I have made this part of my morning routine and have seen a decrease in back and hip pain. I was skeptical at first but seeing improvements in back and hip pain have changed my mind

The product looks good and functions as it should but doesn't seem to do anything about alleviating any aches and pains for me!

I broke both feet 3 yrs ago and though the bones have healed the nerves and muscles are still recovering. This red light pad can be wrapped around my feet to help with the pain from the damage. I can also use it when my fibromyalgia or sjogrens flare up to help calm the inflammation down. It can also be used when I get a migraine to help with the pain. I like the versatility of this pad - time limits, red light level and flexibility of the pad to go where I need it. For all that can be done with this pad the price is great!

Some might find red light therapy useful but for me it does absolutely nothing. I used it religiously for a few months with no significant results.

This was better than expected! Better than a regular heating pad and the portability factor is great! It's on the smaller side but that makes it easier to wear. Just slip a power bank (not included) in my pocket and I can wear this product as I go about my day. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using it for my knee for 2-3 months now. And it has helped a lot in dealing with pain. Having said that I’m not sure how much it works in the long run or as a standalone treatment over time. But i suppose the real answer to knee pain etc is physio. This is a great way to supplement it
