Lucas Oil 10006 Gun Oil

Best oil for indoor use (no scent).

I bought this on a whim when it was on sale, expecting it to be very runny for tight spots, but it's actually viscous. I still like my CLP more as a general purpose oil, but this Lucas Gun Oil makes a nice top oil for gun slides, barrels, knife blades, and tools, with how much thicker the liquid is to rest as a coat before wiping down, maybe? I'll have to use it some more, but I like having it now in addition to CLP because it has different characteristics. It doesn't leave a red color when spread out. The price is also very affordable, so that's cool too.

I use this to lubricate my hand guns and rifles. It does a good job and stays put where you apply it. It is a thick red oil that has no odor. It is rated to not burn off as quickly from a hot gun or rifle components as other oil and it is rated as an all weather oil and water resistant. The dropper on the bottle is a little large so I use a soft microfiber type of cloth to apply a thin film of oil on the items that just need a little lubrication to prevent corrosion and a drop of oil where it needs more lubrication. I usually shoot a couple of hundred rounds when I am at the range and this oil holds up well to that kind of use. It stays in place longer and my guns just seem to slide smoother and they are easier to clean up. I just threw a new bottle into my gun case that I take to the range just in case I need to loosen the gun or rifle up based on how well it is shooting, This is a good product and I rated it at 5 stars.

This lubricates my guns well. Very minimal drip. So far no jams after shooting 500 rounds constantly. I will definitely buy this again.

I'm a gunsmith and the worst thing I see in most firearms that people bring to me is the lack of lubrication. Lucas gun oil is always on my shelf and takes care of a lot of issues. Doesn't take a lot. A little goes a long way.

Un excelente aceite multipropósito Son muchas los videos en internet sobre este aceite, si bien inicialmente lo compre para mantenimiento de un rifle de aire comprimido, y funcionó muy bien para limpieza de mecanismos, dadas las características que tiene el producto, y por recomendación de un amigo que ya lo había usado, me dijo que era excelente para el cuidado de cuchillos, en especial los de acero al carbono. Sin olores, buena viscosidad y su gotero es bastante bueno, me gustaría que se vendieran en presentaciones más grandes. Recomendable al 100
