The compartments open very easily so the toothbrush is visible The bottom bit has the batteries and should open easily too The main button larger one , will switch it on

Thank you for your question. The design of the seal is purposely tight to ensure that it is fully waterproof. If you use a blunt knife in the middle of the knife, then this will greatly assist in opening the battery compartment. I hope this helps

where can i buy replacement brushes? i am in the usa

Hi. I bought this for my son last year as he was going away, but unfortunately he did not realise or could not care less and threw the toothbrush away without using the replacements. I am not sure where you purchase replacements, but I do have two brush heads which you can have if you so wish.
