Perfect for the bedroom bassist
I was hesitant at first in buying these as I had heard on the internet that cheap Wireless systems caused annoying delay and degradation of quality. Finally I decided to just take the leap and try them out. I got to say I really wish I had bought them sooner. I never realized how much the mess of patch cords really annoyed me, and made me not want to play until I got these. Now I feel like I play much more often. The audio quality is not noticeably different for me, and while there is a tiny bit of delay, it's not really bothersome. The ability to walk around the room while I'm playing also feels so much more enjoyable and freeing. Further, I really really like the " airpods" style charging case that they come in, It saves a lot of hassle in terms of charging and storage, and it doesn't take up a ton of space which is nice. The entire thing fits inside of the small storage space in my hard bass case under the neck. I have had zero issues with these so far, and they have made me want to play more, so I would say they're definitely worth it.

There is no reason not to give these a try, even if you think you're not interested in wireless
This system has been a game changer for me. I am an intermediate player who jams with a group. Our group probably has 8 live shows a year. Our lead singer uses a wireless mic and asked my the rest of us don't try wireless. I figured I'd give it a shot. There are other systems from better known brands with more features, but at this price it was worth a try. Boy am I glad I chose to go wireless. I started using these about 3 gigs ago and LOVE THEM. No more looping my cable through my strap so I don't accidentally jerk the cable out. No more tripping on my cable. If I need to say something to another musician, I just walk over there. I've had no problem with the range. So far, I haven't noticed any latency (perhaps a more advanced player might). The internal battery (no, you cannot replace it) lasts more than 6 hours on a single charge. A couple more comments: 1. It is definitely worth it to spend a little extra money to buy the version of this with the charger. 2. I have used this with a pedal board and can hear no difference between a wired connection and wireless.

Well worth the money.
5.8GHZ version with charging base. Very good quality for this price range. No detectable delay, no interference problems that I have come across, no discernable difference in tone between these and hard plug. Read the manual however. I thought the base stopped charging, did not realize there was a charging port on the right side, and another usb-c on the left to charge other things from the base.

Good Value, Good Product. I would recommend.
I have been using these for a few months now. We gig almost every weekend. So far i have never had any interference, it has never dropped a signal and there is no detectible latency at all. Sounds great. The charging station is also a great feature. The only reason I gave it four stars is I wish the range was just a little further. I am not sure what it actually claims, but direct site it seems good up to around 40' or so. They have certainly served me well, and at this price point they have been great.

Work and sound great for home practice!
Just bought the JW-06 last week. These are great. I have a little practice area in my living room all running cable. But I also want to be able to bring my guitar over the couch or another close by area but didn't want to deal with cable. So I decided to give these wireless units a try. I use them strictly for home practice (I don't gig). I use it on a Silver Sky SE, Fender tele and a Michael Kelly LP. No problem plugging them in. I don't really hear anything different nor volume differences between cable and the wireless. I primarily play clean or slight/bluesy breaking sound. Not sure how it would work with heavy distortion. The distance from the amp was only about 10-15 feet. As I said previously, I use it at home for practice. I can't comment on its use for gigging. But nonetheless it works really well. I have my fireTV and router in the same room and haven't noticed any dropouts nor interference. And the plug-in units themselves are nice and small. The charging block actually has it's own battery....Its not just a charging stand. The box has a USB-c "in" and "out". The "in" is for charging USB connected to an electrical outlet. The "out" allows you to provide power/charge to anything using a USB connector....your phone, rechargeable tuner, little bluetooth wireless connector for my amp, etc......really nice little feature. I will add for the JW-06, that if you long press the button on the transmitter and the receiver, they will turn off. So if you are taking a break between sets or taking a break during practice, you can always just turn them off to preserve battery power in the units during breaks. So, if you don't want to unplug them from guitar and amp and put them into the battery charging device every time you take a break, you can always just quickly turn them off for a break The one thing to consider is that if something were to happen to the charging box ei: an amp falls on it and crushes it...lol, you won't have a way to charge the two wireless units. You can't charge the individual units. There is no place to plug in a USB line for charging on the individual units. Overall, I would highly recommend these for practicing at home if you want to go cable free

Got me using wireless again
I have old transmitter/receivers all over the place. I never know where the charging chords are, I get them confused with each other, have to swivel things around, and wind up just using a cable. This JOYO set is different because they are no-nonsense, fixed angle units that work. The main thing is the docking station though. It trains you to always put them back in the same place!! I use the right side dock for the receiver so I don't have to get out my readers to see which is which every time. These are just worth it! I will be purchasing another set.

Easy, cheap, performs, long battery life w/ recharge dock
Easy plug and play. 1/4 jack, compatible with everything. Latency is virtually nonexistent. Wart size is obnoxious but nowhere as bad as others. I don’t like the wireless that has a bunch of wires to your strap either on kits that cost 8x’s more. Distance is okay, line of sight and was able to defeat it quickly, unlike its 8x’s more competition. Quality solid, played a three hour gig, granted it’s pretty new, and did not event dent the charge capacity! I love that the docking station recharges like AirPods. This is a must for any company that makes these now, docking station is required to charge while not in use. Impressive highlights are the latency, lack of drops/ signal continuity (tested in extreme conditions), battery life. This hard competition for the competitors. Suggests for Joyo and the competitors. Make a product like this only with a wart that looks like a knob or just a little antenna! I hate to say this is the best wireless I’ve used but it’s so easy, cheap, and performed. I’d buy again a year from now if it just died on me.

Lack of durability
When it worked I really liked it. I just used it in the house. Never gigged. This is the second set I’ve bought and both didn’t last very long. I don’t play every day so I took very good care of it. They still look new. One of the units doesn’t hold a charge for more than a half hour. The last set I bought didn’t have the charger dock. After about 6 months of light use one of the units quit holding a charge very long either. It was too late to return them so I was out the price I bought them for. I’m very hesitant to buy another one but given the crazy prices I’ve seen with other brands that are similar I think I’ll just go back to cables. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

5.8ghz makes a difference.
I bought these to replace a cheaper other brand set that I’ve had for a few years, these are considerably better , more stable, better fidelity. I like the little charging dock. And the way these turn on and off. Maybe for me the lights could be more discreet but not really an issue. Recommend.
