I wear it on my thumb and i think it does work
I bought this ring for a change, because I have tried so many bracelets and I Felt they didn't really do anything and I just hated the blue colour that came off them on my arm. So thought I would give this ring a go and to be honest I think it does work. I wear mine on my thumb and it does leave a blue colour on my thumb, but I was my hands so many times a day that I hardly ever see any colour left on my thumb. I also like the fact that its an open ring, so one size fits all, well almost all. I do like this ring it looks very pretty too and I would definitely recommend this ring and is for me a much better alternative to the bracelet.

Looks nice.
This is working well for me, its comfortable and easy to remove as it adjusts, i find i get some relief from it and it looks nice too.
