The media could not be loaded. I heard spearmint was great forward PCOS so I grabbed these after reading reviews of a few different ones. Love that it's organic but for me it's the quality also. The tea bags don't tear easily like some brands, and it definitely is a better quality tea. Strong aromatics as soon as you open the packet. ...if only smell-o-vision existed!Great for an upset tum-tum, or to wind down at the end of a long day. And PCOS ladies... It helps with hirsutism, two cups a day, drink up!

I’ve been drinking spearmint tea for a while now, and I have to say these tea bags are fantastic! The flavor is incredibly refreshing and not too overpowering, which makes it perfect for any time of the day. It has just the right balance of minty goodness with a slight sweetness that’s so soothing. Also, works wonders for my PCOS which was the main reason for purchase.

I love to have a cup of spearmint tea in the morning on an empty stomach because it’s a healthy and cozy thing to do! Pleasant and soothing taste and sensation in my tummy. I am also trying to be consistent with it due to the health benefits it has on women’s health.

I drink this tea every night, we’ve appreciated the price point of this tea. The consistency of flavor is strange. Sometimes the box we get tastes delicious, sometimes it’s week, sometimes it’s just weird. The current box (which tastes weak and weird) we’re on has printing on the bags that is smudgy and bold, instead of the neat printing that we usually see. Did something slip past quality control? Did we get tea leaves sourced from somewhere else? Who knows. It’s still the best spearmint out there, so we’ll stay customers (and recommend it) but if the seller happens to read this review, we’d love to see more consistency.

I recently heard how spearmint tea can help improve your skin so I decided to try it out. I didn’t know what to expect as I’ve never really had a minty tea before but when I tried this one, I loved it! I haven’t been consistently drinking this tea so I can’t say if it’s improved my skin but I’d like to think it is helping in some way! I love that there’s no caffeine as I have a low tolerance for caffeine so I could drink this at night without staying awake all night and possibly into the morning.If you’re skeptical about the taste, maybe try the smaller pack of 16 (I think?) and see how you like it. That’s what I did…then when k finished that one, I bought the 48 pack.
