Amazing! I just used it to bore a hole in a 1in piece of hot rolled flat stock and it went through it like butter. 10x better than a drill bit and I didn’t even need a pilot hole! One step with a Vevor magdrill and lots of lube. I treated it according to the price giving it every chance to succeed and it blew me away.

Bought a couple different sizes of these cutting bits when installing a mini split system in my building and having to run the line sets through the beams. Being an industrial building the steel beams were anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 thick depending. These cutting bits work so well! They can drill a hole in like 20-30 seconds! I've been very impressed with how effective they are. And they stay pretty sharp even after dozens of hole! Definitely recommend buying some of these! They are way faster than standard drill bit!

I made a new steering column for my 53 chevy pickup. The column diameter is 1 3/4". I used this to the ends of the box for my Howe 1:1.5 steering quickener. I used it in my mill. It cut an accurate sized hole with a very nice finish on the cut. It cut like butter on the 1/4" mild steel plate. I would buy this brand again. I only cut 4 holes so far but it shows no wear.

Cut 8 holes and wasn’t cutting well. I snapped the bit and pin. So I couldn’t cut with the second provided cutter. Switched to my old bit that’s over 2 years old and drilled an additional 40 holes without a problem. Bought this bit thinking it would cut better. It cut worst then my old evolution bit that has cut 1000 holes.

They are cheap, they dull real quick, so you get what you pay for.

The bit broke upon contact with the work. I had to finish this cut though so we went ahead and finished the cut with the broken bit and I’ll tell you even the broken bit made quick and easy work of this 1” plate we are cutting I wouldn’t mind a replacement bit as this one clearly had a fault but it still did the job so can really complain

I had 30 holes to drill in 1" A36 plate, so I bought 4 and was planning on needing to buy more. Pleasantly surprised 1 finished all 30 holes, using dish soap and water as coolant. I will definitely buy more as I need other sizes.
