What not to like, it fits every bar I tried and stays in place. Grip is good and good size. Cheap and simple to change your pull up routine. Going straight to flat pull ups doesn’t feel good on my shoulders initially. This grip first gives me a great warm up.

Shipping was on time. Build quality is good but knurling could be better. This definitely will be in my gym bag and be used a lot.

I've dreamed of them in concept but never thought I would actually find them! I've been trying to master a pull-up for a year! My goal is to do a nice one before my 60th birthday in April and build upon it for easy quick upper body at home. Due to age/arthritis/old injury I could only do one very painful rep. If only I had adjustable width and comfortable wrist positions. Upon receiving these I immediately could do 3 pull-ups and 3 chin-ups back to back..... just turn yourself around and the grips are perfect for both..... no pain.... just back/biceps! Had my eye on these for a while for joint relief by mixing up pull-up hold angles; however, I wasn’t crazy about the price. Once they were at a slight discount I pulled the trigger and I’m glad I did. Not only are they working great for the intended purpose but I can see why they’re priced the way they are as they feel shockingly highly quality, solid, and durable. Thanks!
